[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv a month ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a slightly smaller LG tv prior but wanted to fill the space in our new home. We were thoroughly impressed with this tv upon setup. This tv has a very user-friendly interface that has made for a smooth transition between televisions. It of course has all of the features that we needed such as 4K, LED, SmartTV, SmartRemote, HDMI, Digital Optical sound, and much more. So glad we upgraded!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for over a month now and I am pretty happy with it overall. The only problem I have had is the sound. I have tried everything and can only get the sound to work with my surround sound or with the TV sound, but not both. I even tried calling LG for help. This TV is replacing an LG TV I bought a few years ago. I hooked this one up just like the last one and no luck. Other than that frustration, the sound and picture are both really good.

I received as a gift and wasn't consulted prior to the gifting. We don't have Alexa (we have Google) and we have been Spectrum customers for over 20 years, neither which are compatible with my new 'smart TV'. I am a Prime Member and enjoy the great picture provided by my LG tv. But really miss viewing local news, especially YNN news on all my TV's. Prior to the LG tv, I accessed local news via Roku and 'cable connection'. Roku is now used in another area of my house.

After a month or so I discovered that LG no longer allows SiriusXM Radio - bummer. Then when I call for tech. service, I get someone from a foreign country that I can hardly understand. The user manual has very little information as to how to operate the remote and get the TV to do what you want it to do.. I guess you just think that everyone is a techie.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. The picture is fantastic, when the picture appears. My TV viewing is all streaming (YouTube TV, Netflix, etc). For a new model smart TV, it can take up to 5 minutes for the app to load and play. It is not a WiFi issue as I have 1 gig fiber optic. Once it's loaded and streaming, the picture is awesome.

The remote and AI interface provide a great deal of functionality however, response time in navigating between apps, channels, etc. is slow. The television has a nice picture but I don't feel like it's a full conversion to 4k. It looks a little better than 1080i but not quite 4k.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am reviewing my new purchase i.e. LG UHD TV 65 inch 65UR8000 which i just recently bought. Let's get started with the major features of it. 1. Picture Quality: The picture quality of the TV is really fascinating as it is vivid and each color provides you clear visibility in the image you are viewing. And having various options assist you to adapt the way you want to use it for multiple purpose. 2. Sound Quality: Sound quality is great as it gets you immersed in whatever you are listening. 3. Setup and Installation: Really easy being the tv is really lighweight. Overall, i am enjoying it my fullest and would highly recommend you all.

Some type of center support or legs that are a bit closer together than 60 inches would help. It is not easy to connect up an older surround sound arrangement with the set. I am going to try an optic audio cable for this but haven't had the chance to do so yet. The controls take some getting used to.

This is my first LG Tv, but I'm very satisfied with the overall profile, the brightness and the resolution. The Tv very thin, fit perfectly on my cabinet andIt was very easy to hook up. As for the picture, I love that I have no issues I. The middle of the day and it looks beautiful at night. I've had some sissy's with the remote and the app, but that's probably just user error

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our veterinary hospital needed a larger viewer for our radiographs. The one on the computer was just too small. We needed a high quality, high pixel number, high resolution viewer that would give us a quality image of the x-ray. This tv has the power and quality to do all we needed for our purpose. We still have some tweeking to do but every day it gets better quality. We are very pleased with this unit.
