Frustrated

I loved this thing for about a year and a half but now every time I drain and clean, there's a different leak. The o ring pack they sent us doesn't have the proper o ring to fix the newest leak. I think im about done with this thing

Nonstop errors. Would be amazing if this was fixed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no media to upload since i cannot use this hot tub with out the filter error popping up and shutting the spa down every 5 minutes. Otherwise, effortless to set up & keeps heat nicely.

Returned it

Never got it assembled because 5 parts were missing. Also the instructions say not to operate at 14 degrees or below. The pump unit looked much different than what was pictured. Sam's gave a full refund no questions asked.

Affordable Luxury

Purchased this product after receiving a recommendation from my friend. It arrived 2 days after ordering online. There was a helpful instruction video on YouTube that we used, the directions included were a bit confusing. Set up the spa in about 45 minutes, and we let it warm up for a full day before using it. Very happy with the purchase, it's very roomy for two people. The included covers are great! We spent a few $100 on additional filters, cleaning supplies, and accessories for the jacuzzi like a bench and floor mat. We plan to use it a lot and think it's a great product for the price!

LOVE this hottub! A must buy!

Our friends had this inflatable one and OMG why did we wait so long! This has more powerful jets and is just amazing! Our kids and us all love it! We use it almost daily and can’t wait through the seasons!!

Leaks air like crazy, brand new

Just set it up last night and deflated by morning, I keep having to disconnect to refill air every 2 hours, its the tub liner, brand new out of the box and leaks. I've had several over the years and never had this happen. What a pain to return a large item, hoping Bestway sends a replacement tub.
