It does a great job for arthritis pain relief…I just wish it had like Velcro seat in it. Bought 1 for my sister.

Works better than expected, the air pump really boils the water. Stays inflated, has cushioed bottom. Can turn the heat up and down remotely.

Set up for less than 2 weeks and was working great for a week. Now 3 error codes and not heating. Please let me know my options.

Sturdy, good massaging air flow. Instructions are difficult to follow. Takes a long time to heat and doesn't seem to hold heat . Can not get it to connect to my wifi

Purchased this from my local Sam's club and it was clearly a used one! There is a clear hole on the side wall along with nail marks all over it! Very disappointed! Will be returning it!

Got this for a great deal, set up was stupid confusing as the instructions are literally worthless just like others say so what we couldn't figure out we googled and found YouTube videos for. The app is the bestway app with the Blue B logo, not the bestest spa app. When we started up the heat it was 58° outside and let it heat up overnight. It took the water from 54° to 77° in 12hrs. So I imagine if it's warmer outside that will warm faster, but sunny plan to go in it the same day unless you live somewhere already warm. We also put pink 1/2" insulation foam board under ours so we didn't feel like we were sitting on hard ground. Highly recommend you do the same or it will feel like you are sitting on the ground, pebble's and all.

It does take a bit to heat up and the kids were antsy but after it was hot they loved it. Perfect for body aches or just relaxing after a long day. Az is getting chilly at night so it’s Perfect timing to have a hot tub. Easy set up too!

I love that it can be controlled on an app. It makes it extremely accessible. I will say if you are taller adults, you may fit 2-3 comfortably. I wouldn’t fit 6 unless you are small or children. It’s easy to use, just plug in and follow the directions. It gets cold where we are and we have not had any issues with the hot tub. I love that there’s 2 options for the covers so we can be energy efficient! It’s obviously not as durable as a standard built in hot tub, but we are loving it!

It's thick and durable, Works as it’s supposed too . Love the bubbles in the middle.. and the cover it comes with is very nice and makes for easy maintenance. Lastly this hot tub. By far the best. Large size, great locking clips, and it stays hotter longer than any other one we tried. I would HIGHLY recommend this hot tub to anyone, especially if you're just "dipping your toe in the water" of seeing if this is something you'll really use. Five star review from me! Purchased this product after receiving a recommendation from my friend. It arrived 2 days after ordering online. There was a helpful instruction video on YouTube that we used, the directions included were a bit confusing. Set up the spa in about 45 minutes, and we let it warm up for a full day before using it. Very happy with the purchase, it's very roomy for two people. The included covers are great! We spent a few $100 on additional filters, cleaning supplies, and accessories for the jacuzzi like a bench and floor mat. We plan to use it a lot and think it's a great product for the price!
