This is our 2nd one. We purchased the 1st one 3 years ago and we loved it. We had a couple of problems with it. The heater stopped working and we finally got it working after much frustration. Then there was a small leak by the filter which we patched. We saw this in store and decided to replace the 1st one. We like it so much better because it has an extra thermal type of cover which helps when the temperature drops significantly.

I bought this for my husband & he loves it! Uses it every night, he has back pain & it does help that. The “set up” directions are a little sketchy so we had to call the company for a little help. We still haven’t figured out how to connect the WiFi to his phone.

Got this a couple of months ago. It’s holding up well. We were surprised how much room there really is. My wife loves it. Can’t beat the price. I did the math. I could buy a new one every year for over 20 years and not equal the price of a “real” hot tub.

What a great deal! It gets hot, lots of bubble jets, and easy to maintain. We put 3 bromine tablets in the chemical holder and the water stays super clean and clear. Just make sure to check it every week to add more of they start to dissolve. The directions aren't great. The chemical holder goes on the top notch, not the bottom as pictured. We put it on our 2 story wooden deck after I confirmed the weight capacity. It easily fits 4 adults and is pretty deep if you're 5'4" like me. Looking forward to many relaxing soaks. :)

Set up was simple and has worked perfectly so far. Bought a pacjkage of rubberized interlocking flooring to put under it for added cushion.

I bought this product 3 weeks ago, the line of work I do is extremely hard on my body… I’m 45 and I feel like I’m 65! That is until I tried the saluspa!!!! For three weeks I have used it at least once a day, some days twice…. But today I was able to go out and shoot some hoops with my 10 year old…. I convinced my mom to try it yesterday and she spent an hour in my spa and she was convinced she needed one!!! Today I went to Sam’s Club and picked hers up!

So bought this, set up you will need youtube haha. I find maintaining chemical balanced takes time to master (less is more).Unfortunately after 2 weeks unit GFI kept tripping, contacted them. Their suggestion unplug for 24 hrs, unfortunately that didnt fix problem. They told me how to file a warranty claim. After a few hrs claim was approved and new heater, pump blower unit is on its way. Very easy company to deal with and very legit. Stuff happens and its how things are handled make or break a product and company. Would not rate less of unit cause of issue. Wife and I had used spa every night before GFI problem. Cant wait for tomorrow when unit arrives via FEDEX.. would purchase again 100%

We like it , so far, but the one thing that I will complain about are the instructions. The instructions were so bad they must have been written by a toddler. I also needed glasses and a magnifying glass to even read them. Only have had a few days but the product itself seems to be good quality.

Purchased this spa Feb. 2025 and in the 14 month the motor/pump started to leak and quit working. Contacted Bestway and they basically said I can purchase parts and that was it, no assistance or leeway that it was just outside the 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, the motor/pump costs almost as much as what we paid for the spa, so we are looking for a new spa. I gave 2 stars because it was a decent spa and useful while it lasted, I will give them that. I did have issues with it always tripping the breaker and then the water was cold, but we didn't check it everyday. Lesson learned after the first couple times this happened. I could never connect it to WIFI because it did not support 5G. While shopping for another one, it will not be my first choice, but not saying that I would not purchase and definitely will make sure I can get some sort of an extended warranty if possible if it is a Bestway brand.

The tub or liner has developed an internal air leak after only 3 months use. We probably used the tub about 6 times. I discovered it after setting up this year and now it is beyond warranty. The price was cheap, but i would have thought it would last longer.
