Unsure !

Originally, I was very excited about my purchase. Now I’m not so sure I’m having difficulty with it heating past 95°. The instructions are very poorly, written, and minimal . When using the tub I didn’t realize it doesn’t continue to heat.

Disappointed

I was so excited when I saw it. Couldn’t wait to set it up, and the pump didn’t work. How disappointing that was, I took it back to only be told that they had been discontinued 😔

Relaxing Atmosphere, Disappointing Experience

Purchased this spa Feb. 2025 and in the 14 month the motor/pump started to leak and quit working. Contacted Bestway and they basically said I can purchase parts and that was it, no assistance or leeway that it was just outside the 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, the motor/pump costs almost as much as what we paid for the spa, so we are looking for a new spa. I gave 2 stars because it was a decent spa and useful while it lasted, I will give them that. I did have issues with it always tripping the breaker and then the water was cold, but we didn't check it everyday. Lesson learned after the first couple times this happened. I could never connect it to WIFI because it did not support 5G. While shopping for another one, it will not be my first choice, but not saying that I would not purchase and definitely will make sure I can get some sort of an extended warranty if possible if it is a Bestway brand.

Great little hot tub!

Pleasantly surprised at how good this is for the price. We were expecting the bubbles to not be much, but they are amazing. Bottom is soft and does not feel like you're sitting on the ground. The app is only permitted to be on one phone is a little bit odd, but it is sufficient.

Amazing!!!

I bought this product 3 weeks ago, the line of work I do is extremely hard on my body… I’m 45 and I feel like I’m 65! That is until I tried the saluspa!!!! For three weeks I have used it at least once a day, some days twice…. But today I was able to go out and shoot some hoops with my 10 year old…. I convinced my mom to try it yesterday and she spent an hour in my spa and she was convinced she needed one!!! Today I went to Sam’s Club and picked hers up!

People are crazy! This thing rocks!

Love love Iove it! We have had zero issues! Yes, instructions are little wonky. But we figured it by watching a youtube video of guy setting it up! Simple set up! The jets are so strong, water stays hot, its very well made. We got it for the health benefits and we use it everyday and have had nothing but ease and joy while doing so! Get you one!

Nice! (So far)

We like it , so far, but the one thing that I will complain about are the instructions. The instructions were so bad they must have been written by a toddler. I also needed glasses and a magnifying glass to even read them. Only have had a few days but the product itself seems to be good quality.
