It does a great job for arthritis pain relief…I just wish it had like Velcro seat in it. Bought 1 for my sister.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no media to upload since i cannot use this hot tub with out the filter error popping up and shutting the spa down every 5 minutes. Otherwise, effortless to set up & keeps heat nicely.

Constant hassle, Have to inflate every single day, Scheduled run times on app do not work, Have to turn off and on manually or let it run nonstop24/7, Will not shut off once it reaches set temp.

Never got it assembled because 5 parts were missing. Also the instructions say not to operate at 14 degrees or below. The pump unit looked much different than what was pictured. Sam's gave a full refund no questions asked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay I have to admit I like this MUCH more than I thought I would! It was not only super easy to setup (I'm a weakling) but was able to get it all setup myself! It is HUGE, we have fit 4 adults and 2 little kids in here at once and I feel like we could have easily got another adult. I can't attest to how energy efficient it is, as it is still relatively warm in the Midwest, so come winter time I will be curious how it fares in the cooler temps with the frost shield that came with it. I am excited to see that part! My only downfall and negative side would be the fact that it cools off VERY QUICKLY it seems when the jets are turned on. Again it's still relatively warm here in the Midwest fall, but I think maybe that is why it felt cooler when the jets were turned on, because the ambient temperature was still warmer. Maybe it will be better come winter time. If I could I would say 4.5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the start, this product looked amazing from the box. It has has grey walls and marble interior. It was very heavy though and I need a second person to help me carry it. Everything was neatly organized in the box with great packaging materials. Once I took everything out, I looked for the directions. The directions were a bit lacking. I found it more helpful to watch a video of someone else doing it. Once i was able to set it up, I covered it and set the heat on for it to warm up. It took so long for it to warm up, I had to wait until the next day and it still wasn’t the temp I want it to be. Once I finally was able to get it to the right temperature, I got in and started the jets. It he problem I had from there was when I turned off the jets and tried to restart the jet feature, it wouldn’t start for me. I had to get out of the hot tub and reset the heater/machine. That was a big inconvenience. Overall, the hot tub is nice for someone that wants something portable and has a smaller space to place it. I would recommend it to those that want to start small in the hot tub world.

It seems like a nice material, but it is not good for cold places. We’ll see if we can get it going because I would like to enjoy it.

Had hubby pose in it so I could get a proper pic. This thing is so easy and fast to set up and comes with everything needed! It is huge and roomy but honestly 6 people seems like a stretch. I would say the most it fits comfortably would be 4 adults or less. The jets are powerful and work great! It goes so well on our deck. Is easy to disassemble and take down as well. This seems like it would be super easy to maintain and take care of. Which is a huge benefit! It’s energy efficient which is yet another lifesaver. We need all that we can get! Very well made and sturdy also. I would prefer this over a permanent hot tub for sure. I love how I can control it from the app in my phone, it’s extremely convenient and easier to check up on and control. The price seems awesome for what you get with this thing! If you’re in the market for something like this I would 1000% recommend this one! It is a wonderful home addition to your home for your whole family to enjoy without a ton of cost and maintenance for you.

It looked huge when we took it out but unfortunately we did not get to air it up because we found out the hard way that we have a short in the outside plug. 🤦🏼‍♀️ the pimp looks super nice with an easy to read panel and the instructions that were on the inside box lid were easy to understand. It also has an app that you can download to use on your phone. I will update as soon as we get the electrician out here to fix this plug. I am so excited to get to hang out in the hot tub this fall and winter!
