Hello, Bought this in Mid December 2020. Within 6 weeks the motor is making this grinding, moaning noise. I would like a replacement. I am using distilled water, in case you need that info. Thank you.

We have hard water and after about 5 refills it was full of sediment. We are now running tap water thru a brita filter and it solved all the sediment problems. The humidifier now works great.

I've had this model for years! Works great! I use distilled water and have never had any problems. It's easy to fill and lasts quite a long time on one tank. I appreciate all the ways that I can customize it.

I had this over a year. This season I notice brown ugly color in one of the areas that.the midst comes out of.. there is mo filter in this unit and no way to clean this black stuff out I can no longer use it.

DON'T BUY! I bought this around Christmas and now (less than 2 months later) the motor/fan has started running VERY loudly. The mist still works for now, but it is too loud to even run at this point.

This thing doesnt make any noise, at all. I wondered if the person who gave a 1 star review was a troll because this humidifier is silent. It does exactly what it says it does. Hot or cold mist, very nice indeed.

Got this for my daughters bedroom to add some moisture back into the air since the heat is on all of the time and it has been making it hard for her to breathe at night. Took it out of the box, filled up the tank and plugged the unit into the wall. The red power button lit up but when I pressed it nothing happened. The screen doesn’t display anything and no other buttons work. Very disappointed and upset that I didn’t even get to put it to use at least ONCE. I want my money back!

Don't waste your money. Doesn't last. Bought for bedroom and now it makes a loud noise. And no mist comes out anymore.

Replacing a previous Homedics that failed. After a month of use the fan(?) bearing started making noise. Still works so far but way too noisy to operate, especially at night. I expect it to fail completely at any time.
