Great for smoking

We had them for family party and they were big hit

This brand is hit or miss. Sometimes they are very good other times they have broken bones, are bloodshot and in just poor condition. Some are cut crooked too. I'd bet it's just rookie cutters and lack of good training.

Great value and the quality was superb. The ribs were extremely tender and flavorful. They were not excessively fatty but had a good balance of meat and fat to enhance the flavor once they were smoked with a simple home-made dry rub.

I buy these a lot and like them better than the premium foodservice brands that i have ordered.

Good Choice of meat, and the price was good per pound. I was able to trim the slabs and have more meat to barbecue and snack on later.
