Soak ribs in apple cider vinegar for an hour rinse marinate for 1hr use tenderizer oven cook or grill these babies are tender and will fall off the bone

Bought two cases, 16 Racks, 2 racks on one half were a bit thin but still manageable. This is actually the 3rd case purchased, the other a few months ago which was also of great quality.
