I buy these a lot and like them better than the premium foodservice brands that i have ordered.

Good Choice of meat, and the price was good per pound. I was able to trim the slabs and have more meat to barbecue and snack on later.

I bought a case of ribs. I know how I cook ribs. The last 4 years I got 3 double pack slabs with no problem, so decided to get a case. We could only eat about half of them, they were so grisly and fatty though out half of each slab. What a waste! Of time and money
