I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the ribs, just wish that the experience I encountered when picking them up in the store was a better experience. Very rude treatment by one of the Managers.

I've purchased a case of these ribs on four occasions never disappointed at the freshness and and how meaty they are will definitely buy again I am the rib cooker in the family for every occasion and this is definitely my go-to place and the price cannot be beaten for a case you get 10 full meaty slabs.

Great value and the quality was superb. The ribs were extremely tender and flavorful. They were not excessively fatty but had a good balance of meat and fat to enhance the flavor once they were smoked with a simple home-made dry rub.

Bought 8 cases and half a case was spoiled upon opening them.

This brand is hit or miss. Sometimes they are very good other times they have broken bones, are bloodshot and in just poor condition. Some are cut crooked too. I'd bet it's just rookie cutters and lack of good training.
