Absolute love it! I have a Kirby and it is so heavy and cumbersome to use. The first time I used my Shark it got way more out of a rug that the Kirby had just been over. I love how it swivels and I can get under things that I never could with the Kirby.

I have several long hair dogs and this is great for pulling the hair out of carpets. The roller does seem to clog and give me a red flashing light a good deal, but I have found if I just keep it at level I for hard floors I do better--even on carpets.

This was on sale with a rebate and couldn't pass it up. We own 4 sharks but one was getting old and need replaced. This vacuum is fantastic. My only complaint is we have older carpet in the living room and the suction is so good that it is fraying the carpet.

For 100 dollars best vac I have had. Suction is great and adjustable. Goes easily from carpet to floors. Only negative is that it does not have self winding cord storage. The swivel head gets at hard to reach places. Only had for a month so time will tell.

I have had several shark vacuums and have loved them. This one is not my favorite. The power brush (needed for carpet) shuts off over and over and over while I’m attempting to vacuum my area rug. So I have to stand it straight up, shut it off, turn it on again to attempt to vacuum the rug again. I’m going through this ridiculous at least 20 times just to vacuum an 8x10 area rug. My rug has nap but it’s not that thick. My old shark would do this same thing only occasionally. Would be nice to be able to raise the vacuum, Shark.

Super vacuum! It's relatively light weight so it's not cumbersome to haul up and down the stairs. It's versatile in that it works on bare floors, carpets, as well as with the attachments for upholstery, etc. The small powered attachment is awesome for upholstery as well as cleaning out cars. The only minor drawback is that it only has the crevice attachment and the small powered attachment, which, for me, is not a problem because I have additional attachments from other vacuums that work, but I would miss the brush attachment, in particular, if I didn't have one. Other than that, I'm really happy with this vacuum so far.

Not really a "workhorse" vacuum. Good for light usage and not heavy duty cleaning. Positives are the detachable wand and the separate canister than the main dirt collector. Don't buy if you need something to clean up after a long hair shedding pet.

Trips electric breaker! After I experienced this, I read several reviews which others had the same experience. Vacuum puts too much stress in the grid- especially when first turned on. I used to only buy Shark because they’re great performers, but this was a dealbreaker.

Shark vacuums are the bee's knees, I never buy any other brand. This vacuum does the job the only issue I've found is that it does not have a light on the front which I miss. I definitely recommend the shark lift off series they have the bells and whistles.

My son has a long hair dog that sheds bad. I was sweeping with a broom, dust mop. Also using a hand held vac to try and keep the dog hair under control. This vacuum has eliminated the need for most of all the previous means of cleaning the dog hair. The suction is amazingly strong. Love the ability to switch between carpet and bear floor with a flip of a switch without having to bend over.
