I chose the Rotator Pet Plus for my family after considering the options of the other Sharks as well as multiple other brands of upright vacuums. I needed one that was light weight, had all of the attachments on the base of the vacuum and would accommodate pet hair. Although we don't have dogs we have guinea pigs and they do shed as well as their bedding does also get on the floor and so I needed a vacuum that would stand up to handling the shavings. Since I am on a weight restriction it would have been difficult for me to manage the "lift out" Shark I chose the Rotator and have not been disappointed. This vacuum has been a dream to use and oh so easy to maneuver around my house and I own a two story town home. I am now able to vacuum the ceilings and stairs as well as the carpets and floors without any physical limitations and recommend it highly. Well worth the price.

This vacuum has worked well for us. It is one of the lightest vacuums we have owned. It has good suction and is picking up the pet hair on our carpet. My favorite design feature so far is that the dust cup empties completely when we open it. We've had issues in the past with other vacuums where debris gets stuck.

I've been using it for about a month and really like it. Easy to use, cleans up the fur from our two cats very well. Great for those of us with allergies.

This vacuum is so lightweight & super easy to put together! Fits under beds and goes around corners with no issue! Very easy to empty and I can't say enough good things about it!

Great vacuum so far. Picked up tons of pet hair in our area rugs that last the vacuum missed. Price was good too and if this vacuum will last a decent amount of years and keep working this great, I will be very happy with it!

Love this vacuum. Saw it mentioned in sites by people with pets. They were not wrong. Cleans exceptionally well and canister holds a lot of dirt before needing a change. Very happy wirh it!

This vac really works great. Only 3 issues. The chord could be longer, seems a little shorter than others. No light on the front, so harder to see in darker spaces, also the roller seems to get clogged up. But, it really picks up everything in sight and that's what I really needed.

I bought this about month ago, and it does pick up dog hair and dust well. Unfortunately, Shark keeps making changes to each years vacuum and sometimes they are not for the better. No light in the head to see what one is vacuuming up. Unlike the picture, the cord actually goes into machine near the bottom making an awkward place that invites tripping and tangling of one's feet. The filters are easy to change out. I always buy extras on the internet, so with a particularly dirty job ( and with three dogs that is usually the case), I wash the used ones ( in a lingerie bag on cold cycle) and replace with clean ones. This is my third Shark, but the first ( still running) is lighter, has lights to see what one is picking up, and still does a great job.

I like the fact that this vacuum has a swivel handle. However, it swivels a bit too easily, to the point where it is difficult to maintain a straight line when I want to do so. The frame is fairly light, which makes it easy to pick up and move. The suction seems to be pretty good. The roller needs to be weighted down better though so it doesn't come up off of the carpet quite so easily when in use. Overall this vacuum does the job, but not as thoroughly as I would like.

I typically love Shark vacuums. I got this since it was on sale. It doesn’t work as well as previous sharks I have had. I need to buy something else for my hardwood. It works decent in carpet, but not good for hard floor.
