I've been using it for about a month and really like it. Easy to use, cleans up the fur from our two cats very well. Great for those of us with allergies.

We bought this vacuum to replace our older vacuum.that had broken. We like this new one a lot. It sucks up a lot of dirt. It is easy to clean, and it is easy to maneuver.

I typically love Shark vacuums. I got this since it was on sale. It doesn’t work as well as previous sharks I have had. I need to buy something else for my hardwood. It works decent in carpet, but not good for hard floor.

With 4 dogs, we need a great vac to clean the rugs. This works OK, but is not great. I compared it to an old Hoover WindTunnel which we use regularly. One week after the previous vacuuming, the Shark collected 18 grams of hair, dust, etc, while, one week after the previous vacuuming, the very old WindTunnel collected 22-23 grams. Both vacuumings covered the same floor area. In addition, the Hoover collected much more fine dust than the Shark.

I took it back. I had a Shark Rotary Professional for years which is a great vacuum. Needed to replace it and went with the pet plus. Pet Plus didn’t vacuum nearly as well as the Rotary Professional. Not as much power and didn’t raise the carpet back up. Took it back and bought the Shark Duo. The Duo does the job.

Love this little vac! It has mighty suction and great maneuverability too! My old vac was very heavy and too wide to get into tight places. I think the removable handle is a brilliant idea!! Kudos to Shark on another great product!! The only thing I'd have liked on my new vac is a self cleaning brush but I'm still very satisfied with the vac overall. And the price is great @ Sam's Club! Curbside pickup can't be beat!

I would recommend this vacuum. We have really enjoyed using it so far. (About 4-5 weeks) Great swivel to get around furniture. Wide noise that gets under the edges of the kitchen counters. It also gets along the side of the walls. The lights on the front are handly as well. Great value

This vacuum was an eye-opener. We have 2 Chihuahuas and never noticed how much pet hair was in my carpet until I used this vacuum for the 1st time. I say IN because I can see that my old Shark only picked up hair that was ON the surface of the carpet. The difference in amount of pet hair in the canister after I used this new SHARK was amazing. Left me wondering why my little dogs weren't bald. GREAT VACUUM. Thanks Sam's for having a great sale on this vacuum. I wouldn't have purchased a new vacuum if you didn't have a great sale on it.

This works well on carpets and also on bare floors. It is also very maneuverable, which makes it easy to get around and under things.

Machine breaks down after first used, hard to find parts! If I want to wait for weeks company will replace unit
