I asked a relative to buy me this vacuum as a Christmas gift during the Black Friday sale. After using this vacuum I would buy it again full price plus some! It beyond exceeded my expectations of the amount of dirt, dust and dog hair it can suck up. I truly recommend this vacuum to anyone wanting an amazing vacuum for less than $200.

I had a spinal fusion several years ago. I wanted something that was lighter in weight than my Dyson. I took a chance on this Shark and I love it. It has great suction and it is easy to maneuver. I also have the cordless stick vacuum which is great too!

Very good at cleaning, lightweight, but does not have the light at the front like my other Shark Rotator. The light at at the front is essential. I can be absolutely sure everything is working correctly and dirt is being removed properly. I am only using this vacuum upstairs, not in the main area of my home because I need that light.

Great Vaccum! I am giving it 4 stars mainly due to having to wind the cord out and back everytime and not being able to turn off yhe brush for other surfaces. Not having an automatic cord winder is more of an inconvienience than a funtion feature-no one wants to wind a cord do they? I didn't realize modern vaccums still did this..I would have loved an auto cord feeder, my old vaccum had this feature and the cord seemed to be easier to handle. Also, you can't turn the brush off when going to hardwood-only change the amount of suction. Since 99% of my flooring is hardwood-it could be an issue with scratches..I will watch this. I would recommend this for those that have carpet over any other type of flooring due to the brush not being able to be turned off. Those with softer wood floor finishes may want to steer clear of this model. Overall it is impressive and does a great job!

I had wondered about this vacuum for quite a while if indeed it would pick up pet hair and keep my hardwood & carpet areas clean......I already owned a Shark battery vacuum so, I found it on sale & bought it, let me tell you it is amazing! The power it has is unreal and it gets every area clean, it was so simple to put together (did it myself) and it was easy to operate. You will not regret this purchase; it is a gem!

This Shark is so much less than my last Shark. The cord is too short, too stiff, the storing loops are too low. The on/off switch is too low. The weight is good because it's all thin plastic. The suction is not very strong. The beater bar doesn't seem to pick up well, my medium height area rug isn't fluffed up. There is only one filter to wash....good.

I purchased this vacuum because I previously owned one before. This vacuum is okay, but appears to be a cheaper version of what I previously had. The suction is not as good. Does not clean as well. But, on the other hand, if you just have some light duty vacuuming that you want to do, It works great. It's hard to write a positive review when you know you've had better.

I was lucky to get this on a Black Friday Sale price - and so to say I'm pleased with the performance of the Shark Rotator Pet Plus is an understatement. I just had my carpets cleaned for the holidays - and even after the cleaning - I was shocked how much dust this thing got up. I have allergies, and think it's helped that.

This replaced a 20 year old vacuum and I didn’t realize how bad the suction had become on the old unit. This vacuum is awesome. I’ve got a shedding dog and I can’t believe the dog hair that this picks up. The canister is large so I can vacuum longer without having to empty it. The machine was very easy to put together and is very easy to use. The handle snaps out to use the hose with the attachments. The vacuum rotates on a ball to allow cleaning under furniture and in corners. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This vacuum has great suction on carpets, but is rather awkward as far as handling. It sort of flops around. It also does not go under beds. The part of the vacuum that holds the dust collection is quite large. There is also a lot of hot air that blows out of the front of the vacuum while you are using it, causing the user to get very warm. The attachment for pet hair does not store on the main vacuum very well. It keeps falling off when it is not in use.
