My keurig wasn’t working every time and the descale light never went off so I called the company and they sent me a new one. It works great! I’ve used friends’ Keurig before but now I’m happy having my own

Ordering process was easy and price was good compared to other places. Delivered with no charge in a rasonable time frame. Machine replaces an older Keurig that crapped out. Hopefully newer models have better components.

Beautiful new style! Great tasting coffee with a little bit of a mess. This particular model splashes coffee while filling your cup. Not terrilble but annoying.

Was a great machine then little over a year it wanted descaled which we did and then it won't turn on. I flipped the thermostat switch and it still turned back off and won't work again.

When will I learn - yet another Keurig fails way too soon. Bought in October, dead in April. Be sure to figure in the constant replacement of coffee brewers when you calculate the per cup price of Keurig coffee.

This is out 5th Keurig and we loved all the others... but... This Keurig is much more cheaply made and sprays water all over the place. Seems like cheap poorly assembled plastic.

Worst Keurig I ever owned. Replaced numerous times. Always the same problem. Add water light comes on with a full reservoir. Ended up buying a Farberware machine.

Lasted 6 weeks. The coffee produced never seemed hot, I ran a descaling cycle and now it will not turn on. Don’t waste your money or time on this junk.

This was purchased in September 2021 and its now totally dead. So disappointed in this - when it worked it was okay but to not make a year with only occasional use is sad.

Purchased here online 2/18/22 and it died 7/28/22. It just didn't turn on one day. It was used heavily and on sale for $99.98. truthfully the thrill, expense and hit or miss of flavored kcups had worn off long ago anyways.
