Died After 1 year

I was doing the descale process and it just died. Only had it for 1 year. Loved this until then. Feel like it should last more than 1 year

..... but only lasted a year and a half before it quit puncing holes in the pods and grounds were everywhere.

Known issue with the descale on the machine, bought Sept 2022 and Jan 2023 stopped working. Save your money.

Disappointed

Not even a year

I bought this machine around the holidays 2022. It’s October 2023 and it does not do a full cup. It over flows and all you get is grounds in your cup. So disappointed.
