My one and half year old keurig supreme plus maker just stopped working and was forced to purchase a new coffee maker. After speaking with a keurig agent I realize that keurig would not offer any refund or meaningful credit. So decided to purchase the keurig supreme model and so far it's working fine. This is the third coffee maker from keurig that just stopped working for over the past 5 or 6 years always after the warranty date and not pleased with the quality of the product but resigned to the fact that the convenience is what is keeping me engaged with keurig.

Great coffee maker

We love this little coffee maker. The water reservoir having a handle makes it very easy to lift off, fill and return. I also like that it takes up very little counter space in our kitchen. The flavor and taste of our coffee is amazing and we couldn't be happier.

A handle? Yes, please!

I purchased this for my home solely based on the fact that it had a handle for the water reservoir. It is much more convenient to take back-and-forth from the sink to the unit with the handle. The handle has eliminated the need to keep a filled water pitcher close by for easier/quick refills, unless, of course, I am entertaining. I purchased the second one for my 80 year old father since the handled reservoir is much easier to hold on to than the many units we’ve both had over the years without handles.

Nice Coffee maker

I bought Keurig for the ease of use, the white color is a nice change from black appliances and good coffee. On the first reason, this machine is easy to use. The water reservoir is visible to easily see if more is needed and the handle faces forward so removing the reservoir and replacing it works without effort. We use this a night if we want a cup of decaf after dinner. The brand I tried so far is Peets Decaf. I use Peets to brew a carafe in the morning which tastes wonderful. The K cup version of Decaf is ...insipid....I tried the 'strong' button and that wasn't much better. I used the L'OR coffee maker before and the Peets pods for that machine were quite nice. However since Peets was purchased the only pods they now offer are Espresso Decaf...too strong for me, hence my migration to Keurig. I will try another brand of Decaf and see how that works. I remain hopeful for the Keurig to produce a good cup of Decaf.

Water reservoir on the wrong side

Because I have the Keurig placed next to a wall on the left it is difficult for me to replace reservoir found on the left side of the product. I am right handed and I need to use the strength of my right hand to replace it. Since most people are right-handed I wonder why the place the reservoir to the left?

Could be better

It is okay, the coffee needs to be a bit hotter coming out of the coffee maker and it also needs to have an adjustable height for the cup holder, so you can put a taller insulated tumbler in it. Right now I have to brew it in a traditional coffee cup and then pour that into my 16 ounce insulated tumbler. I don’t like that.

This is my 4th Keurig... It did not come as advertised with 24 K-cups and My K Cup. I wanted to use it regardless of the error from the manufacturer. I along with a Manager at Sam's opened a few boxes and none had the advertised items. The Mgr. said they may have to pull them from the shelves, not sure that happened. I was told I would get a 20 credit for the missing items, but have not received anything as of yet. The same item with is sold at Walmart for 99.00 as advertised.

Great when it works and not leaking

First one last 6 months, then died. Sams club took it back. Got another and now it’s leaking with the fill the pod. Going to try for a while and see if straightens out. The descaling light is annoying, ran descale process twice on first one and would not do out. Check the internet.

Faulty Keurig

This Keurig had only one thing different than the other models and that was the water redo our had a convenient handle. It was slow to fill the cups snd after about two weeks it started to flash the “add water” light even when it didn’t need water. We could not get the light to turn off so we trashed the thing in disgust.

Do not buy!!!!

We ordered this coffee maker from Sams, and it came promptly. Brewed a few cups to test it. We threw away the box. The next day it would sprew water and granulars everywhere leaving a small amount of coffee with granulars. Since we had thrown away the box, contacted Keurig. Took puctures. They could not open them. Had to send it to them. Second one did the same. Presently waiting on third one two weeks later. Has been a nightmare.
