Kuerig Supreme Keeps Breaking

This is the 4th Kuerig Supreme that I was forced to buy, even though I only had the previous one for 6 months. It was a replacement that failed, as did the previous one, as did the previous one. I have no problem with them when they are working but they have only been averaging 6 months before they breakdown and become unrepairable (as per the instructions on the website). We are only 2 people in the household and we average 4 to 5 cups per day. In my case, Kuerig wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty because the one that broke was a replacement.

Disappointing

The concept is good, but since we only use our own ground coffee and paper liner filters, this model was useless to us. The Keira pod adapter doesn’t fit and there are no paper filters that fit this machine. Putting grounds directly into and adaptor pod is incredibly messy and not worth the work to clean. When I called to get a return authorization, the agent said they would send me a prepaid label as an exception to their standard of having the customer pay for the return since I have been purchasing Keurigs for years. The company then did not honor this and insisted that I must pay for the return, which is cost prohibitive compared to the cost of the Keurig. After a couple of emails back and forth, I asked them to elevate my request and stand by the word of their agent, they ghosted me. I find this incredibly disappointing and frankly, dishonest. I would not recommend any Keurig products at this point.

Bought this new Keurig after using this model at an Airbnb in Maine. It had a handle for the water reservoir- much improved! It also started up immediately, without taking forever to warm up. Used the option to purchase at a lower price if we bought a Kit. The machine is great, and sampling various different coffee brands gives us an idea of whic tends to suit us best.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

I purchased the single first, two were delivered and charged. Returned both as motor would come on but no action at all. Never opened the second one. Purchased a top of the line more expensive Keurig in the store. When setting up the more expensive one same problem. Motor turned on but no action. I returned that one as well. Have had these products really disappointed in Keurig line at this time. Went to off site for reviews and they were all terrible with same problem I had. I did copy the directions off the website and followed all directions, even called customer service. They followed the same directions that I had copied and had same result. Told to return which I did

This Keurig model is the BEST

I purchased this item because the price was so good and I was having trouble with the Keurig Supreme I have. Was able to fix the problem so I now have a spare. But this Keurig model is my favorite of all the Keurigs I’ve had (and I’ve had many). Of course, the coffee is so good, particularly with the 5 needles on this model, and I love the Over Ice feature.

Keurig K Supreme single

Keurig K Supreme product arrived very quick. I was pleased with this product. This morning I attempted to make a cup of coffee and the product stopped making the usual sounds. I then smelt an electric burnt odor instead of the coffee brewing smell. The product now does not work. I am going to return it.

Not that impressed

I had heard great things about this unit and used one extensively in the breakroom at my office with no problems ever. The first one I bought at Sam's was a lemon would not work at all. I took the unit back and exchanged it. The one I have currently will some times stops brewing with the cup 1/4 full, I then have to press the ounces and strength buttons over and then it over fills the cup. If this continues I will take it back AGAIN.
