Use white vinegar and water for descale

I see numerous complaints re the descale light stays on. After viewing a couple of YouTube videos regarding descaling/cleaning your Keurig, I actually learned how to use the vinegar/one to three/water. Also remove the pod cup holder ( twist & turn) and clean that. I also cleaned the pegs that extend into the coffee pod with q-tip in alcohol. Amazing how much coffee grime is there. Run thru 3 full cold water containers to flush clean and you are good to go.

Flatlined

First of all, I LOVE MY KEURIG!! Love it!! I purchased this item from Sam’s Club last July/August. Last week it simply stopped working—flatlined. I called Keurig. They say they are in the process of honoring the one year limited warranty. I’m so glad I registered my unit as soon as I purchased it. Please register your unit. Otherwise, it makes no sense that this machine would die in under a year. Also, do not follow the descaling instructions on the descaling solution’s bottle’s label. See the instructions that come enclosed with the unit. I would recommend, but with caveats. Get this item from Sam’s Club, not from Keurig. $$$

Worked great-until it didn't

My (registered) machine lasted less than a year and when I looked at the Keurig website it told me it wasn't covered by the 1 yr warranty. My cheap keurig is still working from 3 yrs ago. Guess I'm done with expensive Keurig machines... or maybe all Keurigs. There are other coffee pod machines out there

Old is new? Not really

Fast shipping that's why the two stars. Paid for new...received a re-boxed/re-packaged item. Guess they thought I wouldn't notice or wouldn't care...I DID care. When I pay for new I expect to receive new. Not somebody elses rejected item. If they want to offer open-box items they need to be honest and identify them as such.

Not again!

I purchased a Keurig K Supreme in May of 2023, it stopped working in June of 2024 just weeks after the one year warranty ran out. I replaced it, the new one was making approximately 2/3 of the coffee it should have (8 - 9 oz for the 12 oz, etc) right out of the box and would often not register that the water was full. I exchanged it for another one on July 6, 2024. Today is September 2, 2024 and the new one just quit! Not even a full 2 months of use! My first Keurig lasted for 3 or 4 years. Obviously, the quality of the products is now non-existent! Going back to a regular coffee maker.

Keurig slimline coffeemaker

I like this slim model of the Keurig coffeemaker. It brews a great tasting cup of coffee. According to the operating manual, the 12 oz. cup selection is supposed to brew to 172 degrees. Mine only brews to 162 degrees and consequently the coffee cools off to fast. The coffeemaker is speedy. Pods are expensive but very convenient. I would buy again.

Don't Descale it....or buy it.

We got this Jan 3rd 2023. Descale light just came on so we purchased a Keurig descale kit. Followed the instructions per the brewers manual. Ran the entire descale cycle fine. When we were all done, we went to turn on the machine and run a test cycle and it's now dead. Machine was used to brew 2 cups a day. 6 month life span for a 2 cup/day brewer is pretty dismal. I suspect a design/thermal flaw somewhere in the machine. Either way pretty dissatisfied with this. Not to mention we'll now be without a machine until this is either replaced or we source something else entirely and who knows how long that'll take.

lasts less than a year

Good coffe maker while it lasts. I like the water dispenser because it is easy to manage. However, I have had four of these. NONE lasted a year. Eventually they just started to make very small cups about 2-4 ounces. I did the maintenance on them but it does not matter. I will NOT buy another. Hoping to find one that will last longer than a year.

Awful

I recently bought the Keurig K-Supreme coffee maker, as a replacement, from an in store Sam's Club, after having problems with my beloved, long time Keurig K425, that is discontinued, and no longer sold. It needed a replacement, and it was on sale at the time, and I needed my coffee, so I thought I'd give it a try. It was okay, but no where near the quality and workmanship of my Keurig K425. Then, after having it for about a week, the light came on that says it should be descaled. How could it possibly need to be descaled and cleaned, when I barely had used the darn thing? I called the company, and spoke to a representative, who told me that the machine shouldn't be doing that, and that it probably was faulty. She said that she would send a replacement, but never did, so I had to return the thing back to Sams Club for a refund. After this experience, I don't think that I will buy a Keurig again, but will try some other brand of K-Cup coffee maker. I would not recommend this coffee to anyone.

Died immediately

Turned it on, closed the lid, fired up, and that was the end of it. No more power. Checked to make sure outlet was good, water tank secure, tried rebooting it, all to no avail. Did and internet search and found this was a very common problem with this coffee maker.
