Very disappointed. Don't waste your money
I bought this to replace a 2 year old unit by Keurig, The reason is this one says it has a "STRONG" brew. There is minimal amount of STRONG if any. I have tried everything. The only way to get the brew to be somewhat strong is to use the 6oz setting ( too Tiny) and use the strong button. I'm very disappointed and would have brought it back if i dint throw out the box.. Not worth it..Save your money

I love it! No complaints
Do not purchase
Quits working, I purchased another one after the first one I had quit working properly thinking it was maybe just a defect. Nope, the same happend with the 2nd one, right after warranty was up. I purchased a different model of kuerig and love it, so it really is just this model that is bad.

Quality is Lacking
I had this model for less than a year. It stopped working on me last weekend. It spurted a little water and then died. No power at all now. That's not very good for an appliance that costs over $100. Yikes. Sounds like Keurig is making a killing from everyone purchasing these units over and over again.
Keeps breaking down
After 5 yrs our Cuisinart died so I brought this Keurig. After the warranty expired it would t turn on. Checking on the internet it is a common problem with this Keurig model. Has to do with the heat sensor tripping it's internal breaker. To fix you have to remove the outer housing & use a paperclip to reset the breaker, then reassemble the housing. This happened several times until finally nothing could bring it back to life. Threw it out & brought another Cuisinart.
Fails on descale. Read the 1-star reviews.
The 4 K-Supreme models (Supreme, Supreme Plus, Supreme Plus Smart, and Supreme Smart) have a major defect in the firmware/software that controls the descale and, perhaps, there are other defects. You "may" get more than a year out of the maker or you "may not". Keurig will send you a replacement (takes a couple of weeks) if it fails before your one year warranty ends. They will not replace after that date but will give you perhaps 50% off the retail (not sale) price of a coffee maker purchased from their website. I'm guessing that they have more than a 100% profit on each unit so they still would make a profit after a 50% discount. There is a class action lawsuit still working its way through the US District Court for the Southern District of New York regarding this very same issue (Cahill v Keurig). I have not seen the descale issue being as big a problems outside the models within this four model line. The issue has been known for years. Just look at all the 1-star reviews (13% of reviews) that mention it (not the full 13%). It is a nice coffee maker until it fails, which it very possible will. Because Keurig has never fixed the problem with the coffee maker line, I will not buy any more of their coffee makes. Just imagine perhaps tens of thousands of these one to two cubic foot coffee makers going to the landfill because of a simple firmware and thermal fuse issue. What a waste of materials and landfill space. You have been forewarned. Read all the 1-star reviews.
Pros and cons
Pros- 1. Makes many sizes, strengths, temperatures. Should please everyone 2. Space saving design 3. Large removable resevoir Cons- 1. Drips a bit after removing used K-cup. We learned to take the K-cup out, let it drip a few seconds first before removing cup 2. Might throw an error and stop current brew if water is added while brewing. We add water only while idle 3. Messy. Spits all over if cup is shallow. Shorter cups should be raised up with coasters or something to get closer to top where coffee comes out, or you get coffee spitting all over

Trash!
This is the 3rd Keurig I have purchased... another disappointment. The previous 2 lasted about 6 months and I blamed that on our well water. This one lasted barely 1 month and we don't have that well any longer so that's not the issue. It stopped putting out water and then the power went off, never to return. I'll never buy another Keurig, ever!
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have faced. We really wouldn't expect this from our products. Can you call our Consumer Care team please? The number is 866-901-2739 and we are here to help.
What a disappointment!
I'm very disappointed with this product. It worked fine for 4 months, then started putting out tiny amounts of coffee instead of the 12 oz that was selected. Then the descale light came on. After failing to clear the descale light, I contacted Keurig's customer service. They told me that this model is "sensitive" and requires the Keurig descaling solution instead of the vinegar that all of my other Keurigs used. The descale process is counter-intuitive too. You have to push buttons with the machine off to get the descale process to run. I finally got the descaling process completed and the descale light went out. Exactly 4 weeks later, we started getting tiny amounts of coffee and the descale light came on again. We have only used Brita filtered water in this machine, so I highly doubt that this machine needs to be descaled again so soon. So after 5 months of use, we threw in the towel and purchased a different model. Normally, I would donate something like this to a local charity, but I don't want to burden anyone else with this mess.

Bought our first Keurig and it worked well for a few months and then suddenly quit working. Was still under warranty and Keurig sent a new coffee maker and it also worked well for a few months and just like the first, it suddenly quit working. Because the total length of time of the two Keurigs exceded the 12 month warranty period, Keurig would not replace the unit. It isn't worth the money.
