I decided to treat myself to a new, streamline, sage green Keurig after my large, bulky Keurig I’d enjoyed for nine years began causing me problems. New machine works great, takes up less space and looks beautiful on my cabinet, but the coffee is not even hot when it brews. I’ve read that I need to hold down the brewing button for a bit until the coffee brews, but I’m disappointed that a new machine requires this step. Will contact Keurig with this problem. I know they will make it right. They always do.

I have been using this for a little over two weeks, but so far I love how fast it works and brews a very good cup of coffee. 2) I would definitely recommend this product to friends. 3) The coffee maker seems to be of good quality, 4) and a fair price for the unit.

We are very happy with this brewer. The multi-stream technology really brings more flavor to the coffee. We get 2 more ounces of great-taste than we did with our previous Keurig from the same K-cup, and even better quality of taste. It's also very easy to use, and the tank is very easy to refill. Highly recommend!

It is a very compact unit with a unique design...actually nice-looking. The operation is very user friendly and is surprisingly quiet compared to my previous Keurigs. It also makes a cup much quicker than previous models. The downside is that the optional "My Cup" is awkward and difficult to use for those of us who fill their own pods. Otherwise, it is a great unit.

I bought this about a month ago. It has a few bumps that I didn’t expect for being so new. There is ak trouble shooting page that explains how to fix it. I haven’t tried yet, but I enjoy the good coffee I get anyway. Will definitely tweak it. I only hope it doesn’t get too expensive to keep up. Fits well in the space.

This is my second Keurig K-Supreme. The first one I purchased, died unexpectedly, after about a year. It may have been partially operator error, by me, during a descaling attempt with vinegar and water. Pushing the start button when there wasn't enough water in the pitcher for the full amount, may or may not have caused the issue. I thought it would just automatically stop when the water was out, but it simply made a puff sound and didn't work again. This one is louder than my first one. The reason I don't give this a 5 star rating is the same for both. There is always, without fail, slight splashing and dripping by the coffee in the cup onto the counter top that surrounds the base of the coffee maker. It's not terrible, but it's unsightly, needs cleaning every day, and happened with both of them. Other than that, I really love it, and that's the reason I purchased another one. I really like the water pitcher on the side, too, rather than to the back of the base as it is in other models.

I absolutely love the Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. When you see the words "single serve" you think that it does only one cup of coffee and then you have to add water. Not true, it has a 66oz duo position reserve, perfect. I bought this for my RV because it's smaller than my my bigger unit I have in the house. I wanted something that wouldn't take up as much room and this fits the bill effectively and completely. I love that it has an ice tea button on it and a button for stronger coffee in addition you can brew a 6-8-10 or 12 oz cup. Best part is, it has what is called Multi-Stream Technology which means instead of just one puncture in your K-cup for the hot water to filter thru, it has 5, the middle needle and 4 more in a square around it. So you are getting a better flow of water and more flavor from your k-cup. I just love that. It also has back to back brewing, so no waiting for the water to heat before you make a second cup. What's not to love about this coffee maker. I only wish I had a second one for in my house!

i bought this for my son and he is enjoying it. the model is nice and sleek saving on counter space. he likes that the coffee is nice and hot when brewed and also the ease of use. it is not his first machine from Keurig but he is happy with this updated model. he is also anticipating use of the ice coffee feature in warmer weather. Just for the record, i have purchased this model for myself from another source and i am also very pleased with it.

This is a SOMEWHAT great machine. Quick to use. Makes good coffee. Nice size for a kitchen cabinet. Easy to maintain UNTIL it needs to be Descaled. Descaling doesn't always work well. And about every year or so the machine totally breaks and you need to purchase a new one. This is my third machine in 5 years.

I got this new Keurig machine because it has allows your reservoir. My old machine was working fine but it was about 10 years old. I figured it was time for a new one and this one had great reviews. Very happy with the machine easy to use large reservoir and lots of choices for size of cup and strength you want.
