This is my first Keurig single-serve coffee maker and I am impressed! It is compact, quiet, and fast. (My previous single-serve coffee maker was the exact opposite -- bulky, very loud, and slow.) I also like having a wide assortment of coffee pods to select from. The "use-your-own-coffee" pod is a great option but the pods are so much easier to use. A great single-serve coffee maker at a great price.

Saves a ton of energy, shuts off by itself. Put a kcup in and close the lid, put in your cup size. It starts brewing very quickly. It is so quiet, no boiling water noise at all like all the others we have had. And the same when it finishes brewing, so quiet.

Replaced a white single-cup unit for one with a reservoir. Much better. However, there were a few things that I liked better with the old unit. One is that my old white unit had a white cord, the new white one came with a black cord. The old unit had a shinier finish compared to the new matte finish. Lastly, when using standard-size coffee mugs there is some splatter on the unit and counter. I guess this is because it’s also designed to accommodate travel and iced containers that are taller. Makes a decent cup of coffee. Simple, convenient to operate. Water reservoir is located well.

We had to upgrade because our old maker stopped working after several years. I wanted to get another Keurig. I saw this model and it was on sale, so I bought it. I couldn’t be more pleased. This model heats the water on demand. You actually get your coffee made quicker than the old model. It has a big holding tank that you can decide if you like it on the side or the back of the machine. It’s much slimmer than the older model, which makes it look nice on the counter. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. I have a perfect cup of coffee or tea every time.

This isn’t nearly as good as the Keurig I replaced. I guess I had the next level up last time. I didn’t see it when I was shopping and I didn’t want the “smart” coffee maker so I picked the next level down. The reservoir is way smaller.. The brewer is very loud and kinda messy… lots of splatter. Fewer size setting and no temp setting. Also the cost was the same as what I paid for the much better machine last time.

I have bought 3 different Keurig’s in the past and returned them all. They were so big and bulky on the counter. I love that this takes up so much less space than many other models. I love that I can remove the water reservoir to refill it. The new hole puncture system gives a great cup of coffee too!

This is my third Keurig coffee maker. I have one upstairs in the master suite, one in the kitchen and one that I use when I travel. The amazing thing is, these machines keep getting better! This one, makes the best coffee in the house! I’m thinking it might have something to do with the new multi point insertion system. It is obviously doing a more efficient job of putting the hot water through the grounds. I like these machines for their convenience, now I love them because I can’t brew a better cup of coffee from beans I grind myself! If you haven’t experienced one of these machines, by this one you won’t regret it!

I love Thais machine. It replaced a 1st generation Keurig that I have had for years and the difference is amazing. The coffee is much better with this model. I love the easy to use design. It heats up and delivers a great cup of coffee in minimal time. Also the water tank is sleek and easy to refill. And the ability to mount it on side or back is a plus as well. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for a new coffee maker. You can’t go wrong with this one.

This is a replacement for one that did not work out of the box. It was a Christmas gift. The replacement stopped working after 4 days , smelled a burning metal smell, k cup exploded , I cleaned and placed another one and it started to brew then stopped and never came back on again. As literally used 3 times.

I never understood the hype about a kuerig. I get it now. Quick, super hot and tasty cup of coffee or tea all within minutes. I've had my kuerig only a couple weeks. I quit buying coffee out. I do drink more tea now. Super happy and love the Jade like color .
