We are really enjoying our new machine. It’s doesn’t take up nearly the space that our duo did and has lots of options to choose from. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is the coffee isn’t hot enough. I have to put it in the microwave every time.

I had to replace an existing Keurig unit because of electrical problems. This new Keurig unit is so much better than the last one. This one has an almost instant heating element so your brew starts within 4-5 seconds after make a selection of cup size. This one also shuts down the heating element when the brew is finished. This unit is light years ahead of the old unit which was only 4 years old. The system has a smaller footprint and lower cost. Congratulations to the design team on this one for being an excellent model.

Not good. We used the provided reusable K cup. Machine never gave same amount of coffee no matter which button was selected. Tried different coffee, always followed directions. Never over filled. Seemed to work with store bought K cups. I believe half the trash in the trash dump is used k cups. We have been using refillable K cups for years on last Keurig. Too many bugs in new stile refillable K cups. Returned and bought a basic single serve Keurig that uses our refillable single top hole K cups.

This is my 3rd Keurig coffee machine. Plus I bought my Dad one with built in water reservoir. My first was a mini, from approx. 10 years ago. I had a bright yellow color, and loved it so much. Last year it died on me, I wore it out- 10 years!!!. Got a new mini plus in pure white, Christmas of 2019, but just started using it in Feb 2021. Such a short cord!! Oh my. Made a little motor noise whlie heating the water about 30-50 seconds. Worked great, but I needed a longer cord. Found this K-Supreme, and couldn't resist it. Love,Love,Love it. Completely silent, and so fast!! Coffee comes out in less than 10 seconds! Interchangeable location of cute water reservoir with handle. Nice length cord. Just perfect for my small kitchen & me. Thank you so much Keurig Company!! PS. I took the mini plus to work!

I like the convenience of the larger tank. Less refills necessary. Many cup sizes offered. Extra strong heat setting. Coffee tastes great. I use it for tea and hot chocolate. Have not used the descaling feature yet, but the add water light does come on when needed.

I bought this after seeing the James Cordon and Quest commercial. I’m sold on the multistream technology. I replaced a first gen Keurig that still worked, but this new Supreme Keurig and multistream make such good coffee! Not to knock the OG, but this one is such an upgrade!

Compact, fits nicely on the counter. Quieter than previous models. However, our last Keurig had many more features and when searching for a replacement, it was difficult to find one similar to the old model. Maybe it is due to all the supply issues that are going on at this time. I miss the option for smaller cups and cleansing brew, as I used this all the time when we were transitioning from coffee to hot water for tea. Smallest option on this model is 6 ounces.

Would have never considered purchasing a Keurig coffee maker until they came up with a way to avoid using K-Cups, which are an environmental disaster. I use the K-Cup Reusable Coffee filter. That said, I am pleased with my purchase and the machine. Brews a high quality cup of coffee using your favorite coffee. Machine is quiet and fast. Some reviews complain about a wobbly coffee water tank when empty; so when are you going to have it empty? Maybe if you use this in an RV, and the tank is low on water, and you move the RV over the road, but for the rest of us that use it on a counter, it's not an issue. Would recommend this for someone looking for high quality, fresh coffee by the cup.

This upgrade to multi-stream technology was well worth the purchase. I feel we are getting a much better, richer, fuller tasting cup of coffee. The added benefit of be able to use the strong button to strengthen the brew is a great feature. It is much easier to change the cup size and to fill the water tank. It is also much quieter. You hardly hear it brewing. Overall, this is an excellent and much appreciated upgrade.

This is my first Keurig, and I cannot believe that I've gone this long without it. Primarily, I use it for hot tea and instant coffee, but its several times a day. I really love that you can select 6, 8, 10, or 12 ounces because I use each of these at different times. Also, I'm glad it has a 2 quart container for the water. But now that I love it so much, I cannot imagine life without it. By the way, it's October, and we are well into fall. What a lovely early birthday surprise this little Keurig was! It has found it's way to my heart and a place of distinction, right next to the electric kettle.
