I purchased this model Keurig because it has the new multi stream feature and you can make a stronger cup of coffee. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it heats up and brews! It also is super quiet. I love the look and it’s sleek profile. It replaced my 16 year old Keurig. Hopefully it will last as long!

We bought this coffee maker to replace our larger Keurig pot that we also love, but my husband has lost a lot of vision and the base for the cup is smaller on this new machine. There is less chance for an error and a spill. It is simple to use and easy to fill. The coffee, as always is delicious. Cindy and Kevin Lessard

This is fast and makes great cup of coffee. I am only giving 3 stars because it makes an absolute mess every time we make a cup of coffee. The stream of coffee is very uneven and splashes coffee all over the back of the Keurig (behind the mug) and all over the counter. I would not have expected this type of problem from a Keurig and am very disappointed.

Great Keurig coffee machine this really save me for our camping trips instead of wasting an entire coffee pot of coffee this way I’m able to put my pods in and drink as many cups of coffee and or tea I want during the day helps save the water help save the earth. I would definitely recommend this to others

I ordered this model for my parents because of the size and shape. It's much easier to operate than the little dorm size units. I really like the handle on the water tank. Having an option for the placement of the tank is great. I wish those options included both sides as well as the back. The color was a bonus - it's my dad's favorite.

I love how fast it brews from when you turn it on. I also love the fact that it also turns itself off. It is very sleek and very streamline for my kitchen. I'm still trying to figure out how to brew a whole travel mug full of coffee. You have to do 2 different brew cycles to make it add up to one mug.

Happier then I thought I’d be! I had high expectations, else I would not have initiated the purchase. But the brewer has exceeded my expectations. So quiet I was not sure it was brewing. Was concerned that without the auto-on feature id be waiting on the first cup each morning. Again, happy surprise, it it ready to rock right away. I have more positive comments but I think it is obvious I love it.

I was gifted a new Keurig for my wedding but it was the incorrect model that I wanted. I called to see what my options were and after some bumps in the road, finally got to a Representative that was able to help me get this model! I was thrilled and they were so kind and thorough. I love that you can move the water tank on this version. It holds more than it seems. Thank you again for taking care of me!

Without a doubt, this is my favorite Keurig Coffee Make. The coffee definitely has a more robust flavor from this Keurig Coffee Maker over the other Keurig Makers that I have had. I like that there is no wait time while it heats up the water. When you press the Keurig (Start) Button within seconds it starts running hot water through the K-cup. It also automatically shuts off with a few minutes of making your cup of coffee which is a plus on saving electicity. Another plus is the coffee make is so quiet. It's wonderful. This is one purchase I'm very glad I made. I highly recommend.

I was not a fan of pods because I felt I could not get a strong enough cup. After all, the original machines injected the water into one hole in the center of the pod, so the grounds around the perimeter of the pod did not participate in the brewing process. The multi-stream machine injects the hot water into FIVE holes....one in the center and FOUR more around the perimeter of the pod. VOILA! Makes such a difference. The person who invented the Multi Stream technology deserves a huge raise!!!!!
