Worse coffee maker ever

Purchase the first K Supreme on November 5th 20/20. After Brewing a few cups of coffee the descale light came on. We called Keurig, watch the videos for directions and what to do. Follow the directions. The light would not go off. Reported it to Keurig follow the directions of the operator and they determined arpanet was defective. Receive the new pot and within a week the descale light has come on and no matter what we do will not go off.

Great upgrade from my old Keurig.

Really like this keurig. Like the auto shutoff after 5 min feature, like how it starts back up when you lower the lid to brew, like the various size brews and the over ice feature. Water reservoir is very easy to use and can be used on the side or back of machine. Machine is much quieter than my old model. Only very minor thing for me is that it is so light, it moves a bit on the counter, but no biggie.

Problems with the new Keurig

A long time user of Keurig we bought this new model for Christmas. Immediately noticed coffe grinds in the cup. Then after a week or so it simply stopped working. Only made about two ounces of coffee. Tried clearing it out with a paper clip etc. nothing worked. Returned it for another one. The same exact issue developed. Finally returned it and bought the old model.

Nice machine, but wiggles

Works great, we like the extra features. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars is how much movement there is between the reservoir and the rest of the machine when you are hitting the buttons. It makes me think that it’ll break or leak eventually.

I bought this after seeing the James Cordon and Quest commercial. I’m sold on the multistream technology. I replaced a first gen Keurig that still worked, but this new Supreme Keurig and multistream make such good coffee! Not to knock the OG, but this one is such an upgrade!

Looks great but the gimmicky multistream pods suck

Makes slightly better coffee than the classic... big con is the reusable pod for the multistream is terrible. I actually modified one of my old reusable k-cup pods from my classic and it worked just as good as Keurig's (actually a bit better since it didn't require removing the original k-cup holder which doesnt cause as much splattering during the brewing process) That being said, Neither one makes a good cup of coffee, unless you're trying to quit. Then it's perfect. Watery tasteless fluid that has you craving a cup of tea or just about anything else to erase the memory of the worst cup of (slightly) coffee flavored water you've ever had.

Bought this Keurig to replace another Keurig that had stopped working. We have very hard water, the old one lasted over six years. New one is great. New way of passing water through pod extracts much more flavor. Then there is the strong button feature for even more flavor. Devine! Would recommend.

Coffee Not Hot Enough!

Coffee just isn't hot enough. Don't know what has happened to Keurig coffee makers. They are not as good as when they first came out. Also purchased a new version of My K-Cup as the instructions said - it does not work with the K-Supreme as brochure says. AK-Cup should have been furnished with this order. And, it would have been nice if a little coffee was furnished also. Too much money for coffee that is not good.
