Problems with this model

I’m on my third KSupreme machine. All three stopped working after a week. The add water would come on even though pitcher was full. So disappointed

Broken machine

Won't turn on

Bought this to replace an old machine. 4 months into it, the machine died. Going back to the old one. Wasted money

Died After 1 year

I was doing the descale process and it just died. Only had it for 1 year. Loved this until then. Feel like it should last more than 1 year

Lasted 13 months, bummer

Worked ok, and a month out of warranty -died. Expensive cup of coffee at that rate. Back to the old machine.

Do not buy K supreme!

First one didn’t work right out of the box, returned it and got another and worked about 2 months. Won’t even power on now.

We received as a gift 18 months ago and now it leaks water from the lower seal where the reservoir fits into the main body.
