Very lightweight

Probably could have gone a while longer but after 10 years I was ready for a newer model. The only issue I have come upon is the pods that are not encased In plastic have a tendency to spill grounds into the next cup. Quite annoying.

Disappointed

I descaled after being prompted by the light (about 3 months). I followed all the steps and it would not power on anymore. I saw a YouTube video about how to open the machine to press a reset button. This was not included in the Keurig instructions. I’m not a mechanic so I returned it.

Not what I wanted

I loved this brewer for the first three weeks. It worked so much better than my last brewer. Then the Add Water light started flashing when the water level was full. I called Keurig and they determined the unit needed to be replaced. 3 weeks later and still no replacement and the brewer won’t work. Don’t buy this unit!!!

Amazing

Hubby bought me this for Christmas. I am amazed at the entire machine. Love the filter for water and so easy to refill.

26 cups

Thats hoe lonk it lasted. On cup 27 it started to warm...and then ZAP! It quit. No, it didn't flip a breaker. Just sounded like it burned a fuse.

I’m enjoying it but

I’m really loving my machine but the so called Keurig universal k cup refill doesn’t fit it. Too tall.

Thanks for your review! The new My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is compatible with all Keurig Home Coffee Makers. Please note, you need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly.
