Had to return, twice

The first time we tried this, it wouldn’t even turn on. We exchanged it for another one. That one only lasted about a month and a half then it wouldn’t turn on anymore. Very disappointed, this was an Xmas gift for my disabled mother.

Won’t stop descale mode

I used Keurig descale solution. After going through cycles and using almost 3 gallons of water it still says to descale. Also, it need to be turned on every time I want to make coffee.

Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once you completed the process, the DESCALE notification turns off and exits the descale mode. So Disappointed

I am so disappointed. I bought this and it was ok for a month then the water wasn't heating well and the coffee was always two ounces less when made. I purchased a variety of pods and even a pod rack.

Slim design

Just finished setting up. Like new slim design. Liked the one-button cup size start of previous model vs cup size and brew on this one. Too early to say if multi-brew design improves taste.

Won’t power on!

I purchased the Keurig K-Supreme in November of 2020. We enjoyed it, until it would not power on. We double checked our outlets too. I paid $15 extra for the protection plan.

Love this Keurig

I love the features of this machine. I have recently started drinking iced coffee and it is great that I can do it right at home..I just wish this machine was able to make more than 6 oz at a time

Impressive

We had a Keurig coffee maker for years until we had used it all up and that is when we purchased the K Supreme and it is outstanding. Easier to use, does a nice job and easy to maintain. We only have one problem that I'm working on now.

Great features

I bought my maker about 2 months ago and really love it. I even recommend it to a friend, who got 1. I love how you get a stronger aroma from the coffee when it is brewing and a lot more favor too.

Didn't power on

Right out of the box, it wouldn't power on, just like a lot of the reviews here said, good thing I ordered early before Christmas and Sam's had some in store. Took it back to Sam's and got another new one, that one is working so far.

Greater than other Keurig coffee makers I've had

I bought this coffee maker and I'm very happy with it. I love the easy access to the water tank with the handle on it. I also love that I can make a 12oz cup. It takes up much less room on the counter. I am happy I got it.
