Had to return, twice

The first time we tried this, it wouldn’t even turn on. We exchanged it for another one. That one only lasted about a month and a half then it wouldn’t turn on anymore. Very disappointed, this was an Xmas gift for my disabled mother.

Great coffee maker!

I received this from Influenster and I love it! Set up was easy and I love the way you can move the water reservoir to save counter space! I received this product for free or complimentary for testing purposes.

The best!

I have had several Keurig coffee makers, but this is by far the best. It has a sleek design and takes up minimal counter space. The best part - - coffee is dispensed hot and stays hot. Bravo, Keurig!

I love, love the new features.

I am so happy I bought this new COFFEEMAKER. My daughter-in-law bought one and told me about it. I love, love it. I've been using a Keurig for approximately 15 years. This is the best so far. Thank you ❤️

too strong

returned after 2 months descale light came on way to bright followed directions would not go out went back to the original coffee way better. loud but the original is always the way to go

Machine has a defect

This particular model has a defect that can happen when you descale the machine. The thermostat will go out and the whole machine will lose power. When you call keurig they tell you it's an old model and they offer you a coupon.

Just purchased and noticed coffee grounds after 1st in my 14" tall mug, 2nd time used a round 6" tall mug and it splattered coffee all over the counter. Would not recommend this item can't wait to return it.

Makes Excellent Coffee

The only problem I have is that it takes longer to brew than the others, also what else concerns me is that when I brew a beverage my lights in my house blink slightly. What would cause this?

Love it's convenience

It's been many years since I had a keurig and the difference between what I was using is amazing. The new keurig brews so fast! The temperature is perfect and with 5 holes the flavor is so much better.

AMAZINGLY BETTER

I bought this new model a week ago. It is faster, stronger, and better brewing than any other Keurig I have owned. The new multistream technology is fantastic. I am sure the entire line of Keurig coffee brewers will soon have it.
