Great, except for one thing.

I bought this specifically to save some room on my counter, and I like having the feature to make my coffee stronger too. It makes great coffee except for one thing: It does not brew my Cameron eco pods, which is good coffee. It brews clear because they are shorter, and the holes do not get punched in them. The older model brewed them no problem, so that is the one disappointing factor of this machine. I need to experiment more, and maybe I will get it to work by making holes in the pods, but I really shouldn't have to do that.

I am in love!!

I got this from influenster and it has been amazing. I love the over ice feature as well as the strong feature. The fact that you can move where the water tank sits is also something I really like because it doesn’t take over my counter. I would highly recommend this product. I will probably be purchasing one for my parents for Christmas this year!!

Love this machine!

Bought this in store because I needed it ASAP, and was disappointed they only had this in stock. Didn’t think I wanted all the bells and whistles. I was wrong, as I sit here sipping my iced coffee. It’s very easy to set up, coffee is great and I highly recommend.

K-Supreme this is not!

I have my 2.0 for 4 years until the lift mechanism broke. So I bought the K-supreme. We have had this new one for 3 weeks and it just powered off and will not brew. I reset it by unplugging and holding the power button in. Left it unplugged for hours. Reseated the water reservoir and it is still dead. Searched the internet for help and found this is common with the new K-supreme. So we will return and look for a different brand, this should be recalled!

Disappointed with Keurig K-Supreme

I’ve been with Keurig for as long as i can remember. The quality I’ve come to expect doesn’t exist anymore. The multi-stream technology sucks. At first all was fine. The brew sizes were accurate but after about a weeks use it’s hard to get 6 oz from selecting the 8 oz. None of size selections are accurate. Coffee is a tad better than lukewarm at its best. The worst brewer I’ve had from Keurig.

Terrible Reliability

I purchased K-Supreme about 3 months ago. It lasted less than a week before it had major issues and needed to be replaced. Keurig has great costumer service, and with very little hassle sent me a new one. (Their costumer service is the only reason for a 2 star rating instead of a 1 star.) The second machine lasted about two months until it needed to be descaled. During the descale process, the machine stopped working and will no longer turn on. Now I will again have to be with out a coffee maker for two weeks until I get a new one on warranty. They should sell these in bundles of 2 so that when one breaks, you will still have another to use while you wait for the replacement to arrive.

Burned out while descaling

Purchased for wife at Christmas. Worked great until the descale light came on. Followed directions to descale. Was just about finished when the machine began to smoke. Unplugged immediately, but now it won’t work. Tried in multiple outlets, but nothing.

Very disappointing

I have had this machine for just under 2 months. Recently, the descale light came on so I descaled the machine as per instructions. Now, the descale light will not go off, it just keeps flashing all the time. The instructions are to press the 8 and 10 ounce together for 3 seconds and the light should go off. Well it doesn’t. I have tried this many times and the light is still flashing, which is very irritating. This is obviously a problem with this machine. There are many online comments about this same issue. An email to Keurig customer service has so far not been answered. I have had Keurig machines for many years but I am very disappointed with this one and the lack of customer service. I would not recommend buying one.

Descaling guide hard to find but

Purchased this in January and having the same issue as everyone else. Could not stop Descale light from blinking. I called customer service and they were very helpful. Basically go to page 4 of your user manual. I’ve attached a screenshot. It is a multi step process but the light finally stopped blinking. Woohoo!

Disappointed!

I have had this for only a week and I am very surprised how poorly it performs. Very very slow. Does not give out the amount of fluid for the ounces requested. In order to fill a 10 oz. cup I have to run it through twice with one pod (1 at 10 oz. and then a 6 oz. And yes, I am using a Keurig pod. I have them automatically sent to my home.
