If I could give zero stars…

First one suddenly stopped working after three months and that was the best one we’ve had. The second one constantly said Descale and we could never stop it from doing that no matter what troubleshooting we did. Foolishly we went back and got a third one which brewed about an ounce of coffee and stopped. It kept asking us to add water and is just, in general, faulty in many, many ways. I am returning it today now for the third time, like a fool. honestly, to remain a Keurig customer, I would need a brand new, different model, for free from the company. This is an incredible disappointment.

shut off after descale

I bought this January 2021 as a gift, now, it won't even turn on after completing a descale. It smoked and then shut off. I went back to my trusty Mr. Coffee 4 pot maker. This is my third Keurig, thinking this new model would make me happy. But, no it has only made me frustrated.

What are you waiting for

I just received my Keurig K-Supreme Single serve coffee maker and I am so in love instantly. It has such a sleek and elegant design that makes it very aesthetically appealing. I have a small kitchen in my apartment so I love that it does not take up too much space. This was complimentary from Influenster and so they also provided 2 boxes of coffee. I will be trying the coffee out very shortly but I was on love with the coffee machine as soon as I took it out of the box.

Best Keurig so far!!

I love the options this keurig has! I love my coffee strong, but my husband doesn’t, and the fact this has a strong button is amazing!! My husband and I both agree that the coffee tastes much better using this! I haven’t tried the ice coffee setting yet, but I’ll definitely will! It’s also so quiet compared to our older keurig. I didn’t even realize my coffee was done because it’s so quiet :) **I received this product complimentary for testing purposes**

Amazing Upgrade

1st off some background. I have had a Keurig K10 for the last few years. Since March I been using it heavily since I am working from home. My K10 was on her last leg. She couldn't get the cup fills right resulting in me having to run the same kcup twice to make sure it was used, none the less it was always watered down. Soon as receieved the K Supreme, I opened the box and set it up on my kitchen counter I immediately felt like I was in The Sims Game and my lifestyle points just boosted! She is a beautiful sight. So sleek and modern. No more having to fill up for each cup as this came with a reservoir... most importantly I CAN TASTE MY COFFEE NOW!!!! She is quiet and fast. I feel on cloud 9!!! I love this machine. I did receive it complimentary from Influencer & Keurig, but I am very impressed with the new features and the sheer difference between this and my old outdated K10. Looking forward to my next cup.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is the second K-Supreme Single Serve Maker- It was sent to me by the company since my first one stopped working a month after I got it.It often makes a cup of very watery coffee even when set on strong, water shoots out of the sides of the cup, constantly needs to be descaled, and even after descaling (for more than 20 minutes) the descale light will not turn off. Not to mention- calling the 800number and being placed on hold for 15 minutes and getting disconnected 2x!!!

Thanks for your review. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descaling process is complete, the DESCALE notification turns off. The brewer will exit Descale Mode and will be ready for use! If you ever need assistance, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.

Just Don't

I bought this unit and it croaked, would not turn back on, called Keurig, they sent a replacement that took weeks and weeks and several more phone calls and emails to get it. In 5 months the replacement is throwing coffee grounds everywhere, descale light will not shut off even after it has been descaled and pin cleaned. Going through Keurig customer service I was disconnected several times on the phone then when I got a live person I had to repeat the same story to 3 different people. They are sending another Keurig but I have lost hope in it being any better than the last 2. Keurig has really downgraded their quality. They charge way too much for the machines and Kcups to have this kind of crap happen over and over.I am going to use a stove top perculator.

Poor design

I bought the Keurig supreme in November and it seems whether I'm using a K-cup or the My K-cup with my own coffee water is coming out all over. It seems like it is coming over the top of the K-cup and splashing down through the funnel and all over the back of the coffee maker and counter top. I thought the multistream technology would be better but it's not. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

Just brewed my second cup with K-Supreme. The brewed coffee comes out of multiple openings in the pod holder, making the coffee splash out of the cup below and onto the countertop. Also, the pod holder lid has one needle and four additional (larger) metal puncture points, which allow grounds to exit the pod into the holder and hence into the cup. I believe this is called "multi-stream technology" but it's less than impressive. Have to remove the pod holder after each use to rinse out the grounds. My former Keurig had only one needle in the lid; no grounds., full flavor.

25 minutes later..

I have only had this coffee maker for 3 months and every morning it can take up to 5 resets and 25 minutes later to have a weak cup of cold coffee I have to put in the microwave. This model has been a piece of absolute junk. I have not had a decent cup of coffee since I bought this. Never again with Keurig
