Love It!

I received this complimentary to test and I absolutely love it! It has 4 different cup sizes to choose from, a button to brew stronger AND add ice coffee button. I truly love the ice coffee button so I can continue to drink coffee after my morning cup without having to guy buy one. It also does not take up a lot of room on my counter which is a must have in my house because I don't have a lot of counter space to spare.

Avoid

As with other buyers/reviewers, the machine died after I tried to descale it per Keurig's own instructions. Just plain quit! This is obviously a known and widespread problem given the fact that so many others are having the very same problem. The machines need to be removed from being sold. I see that they are on sale now. Keurig trying to off-load defective products?

Very Disappointed - Doesn't Make Hot Coffee!

While I love the new design, this unit is a big fail. The coffee isn't hot! I measured the temperature on the new unit and on my old Keurig. Old = 180 degrees; New = 160 degrees. I should not have to put my coffee in the microwave to heat it up right after I take it off the brewer. 160 degree coffee is not hot - it's barely warm. Very disappointed!

Shuts down

I bought two of these and one completely shut down within weeks of having it so I started using the second one and that one shut down again and stopped working the same way the first one did about 3 months after getting both of the coffee makers. I had a Keurig that lasted me years but these new ones just don't work. I have loved this brand but am sad to say I will no longer be buying it since it has become a waste if money.

Nice while it lasted

It worked nicely especially liked the multi-stream tech, the large reservoir and the various brew sizes. I unplugged during a week vacation, plugged it back in and it smoked and sputtered and never came back on. I bought in Nov 21 and it died in Feb 23. I just expected it to last longer than that.

DESCALE never shuts off

Was very happy with this model. It was quiet. Water container was larger requiring less refilling. There was more splatter, but overall I was satisfied. At 3 months I descaled. Two weeks later a DESCALE message came on. I used the Keurig solution again, but the DESCALE message never went off. Called Keurig. They replaced the unit. With the second unit I waited beyond the recommended 3 months until DESCALE came on to use their solution. DESCALE never went off. Called Keurig. I was told to push a few different button combinations at the same time and unplug and replug it. DESCALE stayed on. They replaced the unit. I use filtered water and the Keurig filter and have not had a problem like this with other models I have used over almost 20 years. I am not optimistic about the second replacement's future. I appreciate your good service, but please improve your quality.

Great looking machine but

I have the K-Supreme Plus. It is beautiful and the coffee taste great. The only problem I have is spatters all over the counter and the machine. I just sent the question to the support and waiting for their response. This happens all the time. The only time I don’t see spatter is when the cup is tall enough to cover the gap.

K supreme White

Worked for 3 weeks then went in to descale mode after it started brewing a couple of ounces only. used descaling solution and worked for another 2 weeks then wouldn't brew properly again. Desacled again still only brews 1 - 2 ounces and makes a lot of excess noise. Costumer service says they will replace it but they can't get me the white one.. even though it is in stock on line..

Makes an absolute mess!

We've had this coffee maker for a couple of months and it works ok if you don't mind cleaning up after it every time you make a cup. I believe it is the multi-stream system that is making this such a poor product. I would rather post a video of the problem but I am limited to photos.

In love

It’s not bulky and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space! Which is really important, I have limited space on my counter. My last one would have more than half. Really easy to set up and easy to use. I’m in love with my new coffee maker. Definitely recommend to everyone
