Three units have failed to work properly!

The good news first. Customer Service has been great, and the K-Supreme is very good ... when it works. This experience has taken place over the last few months, not years. We are now on our third unit. The first two units started flashing the "descale" light after a very short period of time. We descaled and tried the reset, but the light would not stop flashing. We contacted Customer Service, did everything they asked (which I had already done), and both times they graciously sent a replacement. We received our third unit 19 days ago ... yes, 19 days ago ... and now it won't power up. I really don't understand, but we will be contacting Customer Service once again. Clearly we are the exception, but this is almost humorous.

Broke during descaling process

Very frustrating to have this fairly new Keurig break during the recommended maintenance of descaling process. I had high hopes with purchasing a higher end brand but I am not impressed. It was annoying enough to realize that the Keurig machines are built to work with only Keurig pods. The knife of disappointment was twisted deeper when the unit shut down and will no longer turn on when I was about to start the rinse process. I followed instructions and used their descaling liquid. From my online search, it appears that overheating is common leading to the unit shutting down during this maintenance process. Very bummed.

Worst Keurig I've had of 5

No taste difference with the "multi steam technology" VS a standard Keurig or 2.0 system and so SLOW! For a 12 oz cup of coffee, your better off purchasing a BUNN that can make a whole pot in 3 mins if time constraints are part of your life like mine.

Never Thought I'd Enjoy Keurig Coffee - Until NOW

This coffee maker was gifted to me via Influenster campaign for testing purposes. I have had coffee from a keurig machine many times in the past and have never been impressed despite trying a variety of k-cups including the refillable k-cup. This machine has completely changed my opinion of Keurig. I received 2 types of dark roast coffee along with the machine. My husband loved the Green Mountain Dark Roast and I preferred the laughing man one. I love how you can not only choose the amount of liquid, but also the temperature and coffee strength. I like a big cup of coffee in the morning, but only having the option to choose the amount of liquid before left me with a weak cup of coffee. With adding in the capability of choosing the coffee strength, I can have that big cup of coffee that is strong and bold. Very impressed. The current universal refillable k-cup does not work with this machine. I purchased one and had to return it. I contacted Keurig to ask about this and they will be releasing an updated version shortly. I plan on purchasing it so we can use our ground coffee for daily use. In the meantime, I purchased 2 new kinds of dark roast coffee to use with this machine. My husband and I are both very impressed with this Keurig. And we both started off this trial as skeptics. We have been converted. :)

2nd unit in 3 months

I bought the Keurig® K-Supreme® Single Serve Coffee Maker 3 months ago. Last unit just shut off and would not do anything, like a fuse or breaker trip. Took back to store and they gave me another one. Lets see how long this one lasts. I am seeing a lot of reviews with same issue. Over all it does heat instantly and the strong does well.

Poor Quality

We have been through three units by now. The first one we bought had the opening device freeze shut on us. Then, the replacement comes in and it gets stuck in descale mode and before that it never brewed a full selected amount of ounces. Our logic is. "DO NOT" use the filter that the unit comes with, ever. So, our re-replacemet comes in and now we having an issue again. this time its not puncturing holes properly in any k-pod you may find out their from any store. We have contacted Keurig yet again. This unit is riddled with issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS BREWER!

The honeymoon‘s over quickly

Our older Keurig broke down so I was excited to get this new and improved version and it did work great and I loved it, but then it just stopped working so I returned it to the store and got another one. And again very happy with it. And less than three weeks later it’s already not working. Very disappointed.

Features and easy use!

This coffee maker is one of the best I’ve owned! I love that I can adjust the water tank to the side or back. The over ice option is amazing for iced coffee, teas and anything else you can get in a keurig cup. I love that I can adjust how much I want in my cup or even if I want it particularly strong one morning. I can not wait to order more cups so I can test out more over ice flavors!

Yummy coffee in a sec.

I previously owned one of the first models and I have to say Keurig has made some big improvements. I love the smaller size and the fact this one is much more quiet. The strong brew feature is my favorite. I’d give 5 stars but I’m still not a fan of the single use pods.

Nice while it lasted

It worked nicely especially liked the multi-stream tech, the large reservoir and the various brew sizes. I unplugged during a week vacation, plugged it back in and it smoked and sputtered and never came back on. I bought in Nov 21 and it died in Feb 23. I just expected it to last longer than that.
