Doesn’t work after you descale it

Bought one in December of 2020. 6 months later it wouldn’t turn on after descaling. Now the replacement won’t turn on after descaling. Don’t buy one, they don’t last! Keurig should be giving a credit for a different model instead of continuing to send defective products

Have loved Keurig products but not the keurig Supr

This is our second Keurig Supreme within 5 months. I am not happy at all. Must be something wrong with the electrical part of the Keurig. We always unplug the coffee maker when not In use. Anyone else have this problem? Loved the old Keurig but didn’t like the way it held water that could not be empty.

Stayed on descaling

I received this product and it never worked just keep descaling. I contact Keriug customer service and now at to help since it is a new product. I receive an email that corporate will contact me. Going on week 2 and no contact from anyone. I am currently with a new coffee maker that continues to descale. Thanks Keriug for your awesome experience.

Quickest Coffee Ever

I received my Keurig for free to try and review, and I am already absolutely in love! Pleased with how simple art up was. I don’t have a huge countertop so I am pleased to see that the water reservoir can be moved for optimal placement. Shocked at how quickly and quietly it brewed me Keurig Donut Shop regular k-cup pod to a 10 perfection! I will definitely be recommending this brewer to anyone interested!

Love this machine!

Love this machine! I exchanged my K Mini plus for this and the multi-stream tech is worth it! The machine is very quiet and I’ve only used it with the strong feature and it always produces great coffee with no fuss! The quality of the lid is not as sturdy as what the Plus had but it’s a fair trade off in my eyes.

My favorite coffee maker

I recieved my keurig complimentary for testing purposes and it is by far my favorite coffee maker ive ever owned. I can have a large cup of coffe in the morning hot and a small iced coffe in the afternoon. It has simplified my coffee routine and has gone above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Great Next Generation

I was very skeptical at first! We have a Keurig that works fine and does it job...what more could I ask for? Boy oh boy, when this bad boy arrived it was like Christmas came early! The design is amazing! I love how sleek it is and how much easier it’ll be to clean without all of the curves and crevasses. It also has the capability to reposition the reservoir tank which allows the user more flexibility. Another huge perk is the handle in the reservoir tank that allows you to easily refill the tank and it sits straight down (no awkward angle) which means less water mess. Set up was very easy and the machine is so quiet and quick! I love that when you open the door for a pod, closing turns the unit on and you can immediately select your size and strength. I also really like being able to select iced coffee as a button option. When it comes to coffee, it’s just coffee right? No way! It is better! I feel like the flavor is bolder and more rich in flavor! Where other models only pole 1 hole to allow water into the pods, this punctures at least 4 different areas! All and all, amazing job Keurig. So many improvements that I didn’t know I needed or wanted. I highly recommend purchasing this new model! I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.

Stopped working

Only used it a few weeks before it stopped working because the "water fill" light won't go off. If we unplug it and wait a while, it will work one more time before the "water fill" light comes on to stay again until it's unplugged and given time to reset. Very frustrating on a busy morning.

Great for about a day, then trouble and a time eat

This brewer looks great. The water tank is so much easier to use than before. It made a more flavorful cup of coffee - All for one day. Since that time, it's hit or miss. You might get a good cup, but at least 60% of the time I get a cup full of grounds - sometimes a little, but just recently, almost the entire K-Cup (their brand, too) Once there are grounds everywhere, it's impossible to clean the brewer easily - the cup holder comes out OK, but the housing, where all of the overflow from whatever issue it had went, is still a mess, and these grounds will be in there when it's returned, most likely, because there is no expedient way to get to anything. Nothing seems to be different from one K Cup to another, but it's not worth the effort to take an hour to clean the brewer after a cup of coffee. This is a disappointment, moreso because it began with such promise. Every Keuring I have had has had issues, from bad engineering to dodgy controls, but I could usually manage it. This one won the prize for shortest time to failure and most annoying cups of coffee brewed. I would avoid it if I were you. It's almost like it wasn't even tested before release.

Good coffee, disappointing machine

I bought this one to replace a 7-year old keurig elite that was finally wearing out. I drink black dark roast coffee and the stronger the better. I also have a 2.0 that has the "strong" option and like the way it works so went with this model for the new "multistream" feature. And it works, I do like the coffee better than the 7-year old model but the machine itself feels very cheap. I am very doubtful that I'll make this one last more than a year the way it feels. It is super light and unstable, just the pressure needed to close the handle is enough to move the machine around on the counter. On top of that it is much messier than the old model based on amount of coffee that splatters around the machine. So I docked it one star for being messy, one star for being so unstable, and 3 stars for feeling like a cheap plastic toy (it gets 2 stars added back for making a good cup of coffee).
