Happy Camper

Looks: So happy with this brewer! Finally, a simple, classy, brewer with the water filtered on the side that doesn’t take up so much space. The water can be adjusted to fit in different sides of the maker if the left side doesn’t work for you. Tastes: As far as the coffee, there is a much richer flavor. Instead of the one hole poked in the k-cups like in my previous Keurig, now there are five holes poked into the k-cups. Features: I also like that I’m able to quickly adjust the setting to brew different amounts of coffee or even make drinks over ice. When using my previous single serve Keurig, it was annoying having to wait quite a few minutes to brew two cups to fit in my thermos before running out the door for work. This offers 6, 8, 10, and 12 oz, as well as strong option.  The coffee is brewed near instantly and so quietly too. There are no more loud hissing noises. Assembling: Coffee maker was easy to put together. The only thing I didn’t like was that the water reservoir was wet (had moisture) when I took it out of the box, but I washed everything anyways. You have to soak the filter for 5 minutes and wash it for 1. I received this product for complimentary testing purpose.

Amazing !

I received this complementary Keurig and I cannot get enough of it ! Im a regular coffee drinker but always on the go. I tend to spend too much money on Starbucks. When I am home I uaually just to instant coffee to save a little. This Keurig is so simple, cool, and cute. I love how convenient it was to set up and use. I will never go back to instant coffee. I can’t wait to try different flavors, including tea. Highly recommend!

Problems

I had the machine fir a week. It leaves grounds in your cup and spits coffee on the counter. Keurig replaced it. Unfortunately I have had the replafir less than a week and it's doing the same thing. This is an expensive coffee maker and should not have these problems. This one too will need to go back. There's something obviously wrong with the design. Very disappointed.

Burned out while descaling

Purchased for wife at Christmas. Worked great until the descale light came on. Followed directions to descale. Was just about finished when the machine began to smoke. Unplugged immediately, but now it won’t work. Tried in multiple outlets, but nothing.

Lackluster - read before you buy, Please!

This is my 4th model, and my 7th Keurig machine. I’m well versed in the performance, and lack-of performance with Keurig brewers. I genuinely like this one, but there are issues. The biggest one is that I have to —Microwave— my freshly brewed 10oz cup, or settle for drinking it lukewarm. Nowhere does it say what temperature a brewed cup should register. I don’t think it’s asking too much for that to be published. Nor should it be used to force someone into purchasing one with temp control, I.e., spending more money, especially since ALL previous brewers were hot when brewed.

Very Disappointed

I bought the Supreme 4 months ago. I love how slim it is and cup size options. It doesn't seem to pour the correct amount of coffee. But I do love the coffee. Now I can't get the Descale light to turn off. I have descaled twice with Keurig descale, and used the vinegar method. I tried pressing the 8oz and 10oz buttons at the same time and the light is still blinking. I have owned many Keurigs and never had these problems.

Thanks for your review. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? STEP 1: Prepare the Brewer. Pour the entire bottle of Keurig® Descale Solution into an empty water reservoir. Then, fill the empty bottle with water and pour into the water reservoir. Do not insert a K-Cup® pod. Place a large mug on the drip tray. STEP 2: Descale the Brewer. To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the ADD WATER light illuminates. STEP 3: Fresh Water Rinse. Empty the water reservoir and refill to the MAX fill line with fresh water. When flashing, press the brew button to start the rinsing process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the DESCALE notification turns off. The brewer has now exited Descale Mode and will be ready for use!

Very disappointing

I have had this machine for just under 2 months. Recently, the descale light came on so I descaled the machine as per instructions. Now, the descale light will not go off, it just keeps flashing all the time. The instructions are to press the 8 and 10 ounce together for 3 seconds and the light should go off. Well it doesn’t. I have tried this many times and the light is still flashing, which is very irritating. This is obviously a problem with this machine. There are many online comments about this same issue. An email to Keurig customer service has so far not been answered. I have had Keurig machines for many years but I am very disappointed with this one and the lack of customer service. I would not recommend buying one.

Keureg K-supreme

If you use store bought coffee pods it works. If you try using their reusable coffee pod it is a poor choice of coffee makers! The latter is what I wanted to do and found it is extremely poor as it makes a mess and coffee is weak!! Do NOT buy if you want to use the reusable pods!!!

Must have coffee

Now on replacement brewer #2

Bought this in February 2021 and have had it replaced twice already, IT'S ONLY JUNE! Both the original and the 1st replacement had electrical issues and shorted out. Tested the outlet before getting the 2nd replacement to be sure it wasn't that and it tested just fine. Hopefully the 3rd one is a charm but if it craps the bed too, I want a complete refund and I'll be done with Keurig.

A terrific upgrade

I bought this one to replace one that I had for a really long time. I love the new look and the new method of pushing water through the pod. When I take the pod out of the Keurig , I can see the 5 places that it was punctured and water went through. The coffee tastes great and is very hot. Many other great features were added.
