Amazing Upgrade

1st off some background. I have had a Keurig K10 for the last few years. Since March I been using it heavily since I am working from home. My K10 was on her last leg. She couldn't get the cup fills right resulting in me having to run the same kcup twice to make sure it was used, none the less it was always watered down. Soon as receieved the K Supreme, I opened the box and set it up on my kitchen counter I immediately felt like I was in The Sims Game and my lifestyle points just boosted! She is a beautiful sight. So sleek and modern. No more having to fill up for each cup as this came with a reservoir... most importantly I CAN TASTE MY COFFEE NOW!!!! She is quiet and fast. I feel on cloud 9!!! I love this machine. I did receive it complimentary from Influencer & Keurig, but I am very impressed with the new features and the sheer difference between this and my old outdated K10. Looking forward to my next cup.

I'm now going sugar-free!

I've had the Supreme for 2 months now and starting with the very first cup, I've been able to eliminate both cream and sugar from my coffee! How is that even possible!? I went from drinking it with 3 sugar to 0 because this Keurig makes the absolute best tasting coffee without having to use sweeteners. I cannot believe how wonderful the coffee tastes with this new machine. I love it so much, I ordered K-Supremes for family members this Christmas!

Really great features!

Tested out my keurig today, and I am so in love with it! From the features to the function of this coffee maker. It gives you 4 different oz preferences 6,8,10,12. Or over ice! I love that you could chose the ounces now! My whole family tried it out and we all loved it! I also tried out the coffee they provided me with in the box. Medium roast from the donut shop! So yummy! Over all my keurig worked awesome! From the roasting to the serving and the functioning of the coffee machine! Love it! Would definitely recommend to family and friends! This keurig was shipped to me for testing purposes from influenster! Thank you!

Broke within a year and a half.

I was happy with the purchase initially, nice design. A week ago, it stopped working, no power to the unit, it will not even turn on. Call Keurig and they offer some stupid 20% discount because of course it is out of the 1 year warranty. SO frustrated and disappointed, my last coffee maker lasted about 7 years. The customer service rep was polite and understanding and I know their hands are tied on what they can do and offer. This is to the big shots there, maybe try and stand behind your product. In situations like this, and I've read several reviews with the same problem as mine, it seems you have a defect. Increase the offer to a 50% discount off a new one, otherwise Nespresso machines are looking like a better product to purchase.

The Questions are loaded towards the product!

The questions posed are loaded. Of course the product will do everything "asked" by the questions posed, it's what Keurig is trying to sell, but in this case, they are true answers. The product is wonderful and makes great coffee. What else should it do.

Not the greatest.

Liked the slimmer style and less "programming" but would prefer hotter coffee, also have problems getting it to turn on sometimes. Doesn't work with recyclable pods at all, you just get hot water, which is a real bummer. Worked as it should for 1st week or so but now water sprays and drips around coffee stream, so it's not as strong as you'd like it to be. Descale light won't go off even after following instructions to the letter.

I am on my 3rd keurig since they came out.

keurig's make great coffee. I have always loved them. I am very frustrated with this one. Several times a week the add water button comes on when there is water in it. I will add more water and the add water light does not go out. It wont' brew coffee with the add water light on. I will remove the tank and replace it, unplug the keurig and plug it back it. also check for air bubbles. And still the light doesn't go out. Until I am about to throw it in the garbage because I really want my coffee. Then it finally will go out and I can make my coffee. Fix this Keurig please!!

Save Your Money

Only worked for about 6 cups of coffee. After that water was running out in a few places out from where the coffee stream would normally come out. Dripped and splashed all over the counter and mostly nothing but hot water in the cup. Also, the water filter unit that came with it would not snap on to the fitting at the bottom of the water reservoir. And the Universal Reusable filter that came with the unit would not fit into the K-Cup holder in the machine - it was deeper than the hole would permit.

Wow! Life changing!

I can’t believe I lived without this in my life! It’s honestly life changing. I have used it for 2 weeks and will never go back to the old ways of making coffee. I love how I get up, pop in a cup and it’s ready in 2 mins! The machine is easy to set up and very user friendly. Love the over ice feature as well!

EYE-OPENER!

I've had a couple of K-Classic brewers, and my most recent one is still working, but I decided to gift myself a K-Supreme for Christmas. I expected the same, dependable Keurig cup of brew, but surprise! The coffee from the K-Supreme is SO MUCH BETTER, more intense. With the first sip, I felt like I'd moved from black-and-white to color. If you love coffee, you'll love this brewer! (Try it with Tully's Hawaiian Blend!)
