K supreme just stopped working

This is my third K supreme machine. I have returned two and now this one will be heading back. It just stops working and turns off and will not go back on. My original Keurig lasted for years. I loved it and was sad when it made its last cup of coffee. This new machine is terrible! The same problem keeps happening. I only use k cups so I don’t know what the issue is. Keurig please come up with a better system. This one is no good.

Don't buy!

I have purchased 2 of these. The first one quit working after about a month. Returned it and got another one. The new one just quit working this week after 2 months. Exactly the same both times - brewed a cup perfectly, shut off and died. Nothing - won't even turn on. I am returning this one as well. Both vendors I purchased them from were very cooperative in accepting the return. However, obviously something defective in this model. I won't buy another one.

Repeat failures. 3rd replacement

I had my original kuerig for 8 years. Used in my workshop now. Still going strong. I've had 4 of the k supreme plus models now in <1year. Same failure everytime where it's shuts off a day or two after descaling while brewing a cup and never power's back on. Always a long wait on the customer service line and even though I tell them I followed the online troubleshooting steps of trying it in a different outlet, and testing other appliances to ensure the power is on as well as telling them I tested the outlet and used to be an electrician the response is the same like they are reading off a cue card. "Sir I need you to once again try a different outlet, try a different appliance........" The k supreme plus makes a good cup of coffee but it's a lemon. It chronicles overheats itself and shuts itself off even if you descale it every month and use only kuerog branded cups. All over internet these products are having the same issue where they just shut off and won't power back on. The product isn't worth the time you have to put into it every time it fails. This current one I have was a warranty replacement from late July directly from kuerig. Less than 6 months after a warranty replacement it's dead in the water. I now get to call keurig once again to have them tell me to try a different outlet, are you only using keurig branded cups............ Buy something else avoid this one.

Love it!

I was ecstatic to receive the Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker complimentary for testing purposes through Influenster! Upon opening the package I was super happy with the overall design and how slim the coffee maker appeared! It doesn’t take up much space which is great because I’ve been able to keep my older Keurig nearby! I’m a sucker for iced coffee and this coffee maker’s over ice feature had me from the first cup!! It was absolutely delicious and allows me to enjoy my fav iced coffee first thing in the morning. Previously I’d been brewing my coffee with my old Keurig and leaving it in the freezer for a couple of hours and so I’m pretty satisfied with the over ice feature alone! One drawback that I noticed was that you cannot brew your own coffee, which is unfortunate, but overall I still really enjoy it!

This is the best!

I had one of the original Keurig models and it had gotten quite old, slow, and noisy. So I searched for an updated model and was overwhelmed with the choices. But I finally settled on this one, which I regard as "top of the line." It seems to have all of Keurig's latest features, including the Multi-stream Technology. All I can say is "Wow!" This machine is very fast, with virtually no warmup required, it's very quiet, and the coffee it delivers, almost from any K-cup at all, is just excellent. I've been amazed to find that most of the various coffees I had in my pantry produced very good coffee after all. Get one of these -- you won't be disappointed at all/

Stopped working

Only used it a few weeks before it stopped working because the "water fill" light won't go off. If we unplug it and wait a while, it will work one more time before the "water fill" light comes on to stay again until it's unplugged and given time to reset. Very frustrating on a busy morning.

So happy to have this!

Set up was a breeze.. put in filter, plug in and it’s good to go... loved all the features, especially the “iced drink” setting.. found myself using it the most. Live how its smaller, has a cappuccino machine feel to the small, sleek design. So glad I got to try this machine! I hate that K cups are so wasteful so I’m going to see if the reusable kcups are adaptable to this model.. otherwise I’m definitkeeping it for company and myself when I’m in a hurry, or maybe everyday ! I recieved this product free for my honest review.

Leaked. Not a good value.

Began leaking between the brewing head seal and the (Keurig brand) reusable cups. We had to squeeze the head closed with our hands to make coffee. Then, it began leaking with standard K-cups, too. It's gone. This is our second machine with the same problem. The first one was a "lesser" model, but also Keurig. I must be a slow learner. Not willing to try another one.

Incredibly Quick and Easy!

I received the product complimentsry for testing purposes through Influenster. I was so excited to try this Keurig and it definitely did not disappoint! I have owned a variety of Keurigs over the years and this one really stood out because of the sleek size but still had the addition of a water reservoir, which is really helpful when you don’t want to have to fill your mug with water before brewing a cup every morning! The size is great because it is more functional than the original single serve Keurig, but offers the features of other ones that tend to be bigger and bulkier. I found this Keurig to be much quieter and faster in comparison to others I have owned as well! I was standing right next to it while it was brewing and it was so quiet I could barely tell it was on. It’s also incredibly fast, my coffee was brewed in less than two minutes. This is super convenient as i’m usually throwing my coffee together as i’m running out the door for work! The instructions were a little lengthy with the setup and having to prepare the water filter, but after reading them a few times it was easy to understand! This Keurig also has lots of great features including an option to make the coffee strong, iced, and a variety of sized. This is great for someone who drinks different kinds of coffee or in a household where everyone has different preferences! I know some mornings I definitely need my coffee stronger than others. This Keurig has definitely simplified my morning routine and I see myself continuing to use it every day! It’s nice when at home coffee is just as simple as picking it up from a coffee shop!

Makes very good coffee, easy to set up and use.

I researched a lot of singe-cup coffee brewers and bought this one and am please with it; I hardly every make a full pot anymore, it's so fast, quiet and convenient. I like the auto delivery of the pods and choices. I only wish it was easier to disassemble the pods to recycle.
