Great Coffee Maker--But did not last

Bought this coffee maker because I work late nights and love a good cup of Joe. Had it for about 6 months and averaged making 2 or 3 cups a week and then about 6 months in, it would no longer power on. Tried troubleshooting, but nothing seemed to work. Its still under warranty, and I will try to get a replacement, but it was disappointing to see that something that is over 100 bucks, stopped working properly in such a short period of time. I take very good care of my things, and descaled it on time, but it just crapped out.

So compact and brews great

This coffee maker is AMAZING!! I used it a couple times and each time I measured the amount of coffee it brewed to compare to the amount requested and its right everytime. The coffee brews nice and quick. So compact and light which is also nice. My only complaint is it doesn't fit travel mugs. I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes

Loving This Design

I got this Keurig last week and was super excited! I have been a Keurig user for about 7 years, and this is the third different model I have used. First impressions were: super easy setup (even the water filter), sleek design, and less counter space needed (compared to my current Keurig). After trying this new model out, I have mostly great things to say. It’s a small detail, but the handle on the reservoir makes it so much easier to remove, refill, and put back. The interface is straightforward and intuitive, and I enjoyed not having to wait for an initial heat cycle before brewing. I love, love, love the iced coffee feature. My husband used it with a Donut Shop K Cup, and he absolutely loved it. I had a sip as well, and it was so good that I wanted to brew myself a cup. This is where my only nitpick comes in. I am pregnant, so I am off caffeine for the time being. I have a tub of Folgers decaf that I have been putting into a my reusable k cup. I filled the k cup as usual, only to find that it does not fit this new Keurig. I’m sure there will be reusable k cups in the future, so I don’t have an issue with buying one. It’s just disappointing that I can’t try a cup for myself until I locate some decaf disposable k cups. however, all-in-all, I really enjoy this model and am extremely happy with it. I received this Keurig complimentary from Influenster to test and review.

not a quality machine

purchased at the beginning of this year and it is already broke. won't turn on after descaling the unit. coffee is hot one time and then luck warm the next. very disappointed. I have purchased 4 different coffee makers from keurig and had no problems.

Where to start soooo disappointed!

Last week I bought the Keurig Supreme Plus. This was a machine that had it all, and really and the biggest and most important factor was that it had temperature settings as I like my coffee steaming hot. Well it did make a steaming hot cup of coffee. However the design was way off. The water reservoir is on the side but, but awkwardly jets out at the back so it does not have a flat back to allow you to push the machine completely against the wall. So I noticed this machine which is just the plus. It does lie flat in the back. However it does not have heat settings. Before exchanging to this model I called Keurig customer support and they said that the highest heat setting on the supreme *plus and this general setting was the same. So I exchanged it so it would fit. It fits, but although it looks ok, overall it is a big disappointment. It definitely does not make a HOT cup of coffee! The buttons are flimsy, and the bottom tray is also very flimsy. The machine looks and feels like those 80’s plastic white machines. I can tell this will not last long. Another note…. Before calling customer service I tried chatting with an online rep. What a disaster. Each question took about 2 minutes to answer and each question was answered by telling me to call customer service! Ridiculous and sad now I have to return this coffee machine!

Love it!

Only been using it a week or so but love it. It's the beautiful green one and love how crystal clear the reservoir is, plus it holds so much water. Takes up less room and sleek and modern. Works great, different from all the previous models we've had through the years.

Good coffee, disappointing machine

I bought this one to replace a 7-year old keurig elite that was finally wearing out. I drink black dark roast coffee and the stronger the better. I also have a 2.0 that has the "strong" option and like the way it works so went with this model for the new "multistream" feature. And it works, I do like the coffee better than the 7-year old model but the machine itself feels very cheap. I am very doubtful that I'll make this one last more than a year the way it feels. It is super light and unstable, just the pressure needed to close the handle is enough to move the machine around on the counter. On top of that it is much messier than the old model based on amount of coffee that splatters around the machine. So I docked it one star for being messy, one star for being so unstable, and 3 stars for feeling like a cheap plastic toy (it gets 2 stars added back for making a good cup of coffee).

25 minutes later..

I have only had this coffee maker for 3 months and every morning it can take up to 5 resets and 25 minutes later to have a weak cup of cold coffee I have to put in the microwave. This model has been a piece of absolute junk. I have not had a decent cup of coffee since I bought this. Never again with Keurig

My New Keurig

I bought the K-Supreme last month when my current machine stopped worked. I like the size and shape of the machine on my counter. I am still getting used to the k-Cup being crushed when the lid is lowered, and the top foil is sometimes ripped open by the 3 prongs. in a couple of occasions, the grounds have gone into the cup making the contents undrinkable. And I don't know why but the coffee does splash a lot as it is going into the cup making for coffee spots on the machine. Still trying to get used to this machine.

My K-Cup +

I received my K-Supreme*S K-cup coffee maker last week. It works great and makes great coffee. However, my problem is with the My K-Cup +. It does not fit in the receptacle. It is too large and I am afraid if i push too hard it will break or crack the plastic. I did manage to push it in the hole provided and the gray plastic holder separated from the main cup. And yes, I removed the regular K-cup holder before trying to place the My K-Cup. Is anyone else having this issue? Was the My K-Cup provided with the maker the wrong one?
