Love it!

I have had this coffee maker for about a month. I really like that the water reservoir can be situated on the back or the side to work better with its placement on my counters. My family is full of avid coffee drinkers and this is perfect for everyone’s specific choices when they come to visit even for those none coffee drinkers since this model offers an over ice option. The machine is very quiet and quick. Overall, I am very pleased with this model and look forward to using it more and more. I received this product for free or complimentary for testing purposes.

Looks good but is of very poor quality

I've had this Keurig K-Supreme for about 5 months, wow what a pain! This needs to be descaled constantly and you cannot use distilled water. Overall this product feels really cheap, after descaling with Keurig solution the light will not go off. Makes about 3 oz. of coffee and shuts off. My old Keurig worked much better, they just keep getting cheaper and cheaper. Back to the Moccamaster, made in the Netherlands.

Great Brewer and customer service is fantastic

Got this brewer in Oct. I love the MultiStream technology and it is slim and quiet. The water reservoir is easy to refill. Had a problem with the descaling light staying on a few days ago even after I descaled the brewer. Contacted customer service and as they couldn't fix the problem they immediately replaced it.. Great brewer and great customer service. This is my latest Keurig and I love them.

My favorite coffee maker

I recieved my keurig complimentary for testing purposes and it is by far my favorite coffee maker ive ever owned. I can have a large cup of coffe in the morning hot and a small iced coffe in the afternoon. It has simplified my coffee routine and has gone above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Looks great, doesn’t last!

This was a Christmas gift and I was thrilled. It looks so modern and worked great until I descaled it (with Keurig descaler as per instruction). Now I have hot water pouring out until the last few ounces, then I get coffee and it splatters everywhere. Customer service says the pods I’ve been using without a problem for 8 years aren’t good enough anymore... not amused

Love this machine!

Love this machine! I exchanged my K Mini plus for this and the multi-stream tech is worth it! The machine is very quiet and I’ve only used it with the strong feature and it always produces great coffee with no fuss! The quality of the lid is not as sturdy as what the Plus had but it’s a fair trade off in my eyes.

Quickest Coffee Ever

I received my Keurig for free to try and review, and I am already absolutely in love! Pleased with how simple art up was. I don’t have a huge countertop so I am pleased to see that the water reservoir can be moved for optimal placement. Shocked at how quickly and quietly it brewed me Keurig Donut Shop regular k-cup pod to a 10 perfection! I will definitely be recommending this brewer to anyone interested!

Disappointed

Just brewed my second cup with K-Supreme. The brewed coffee comes out of multiple openings in the pod holder, making the coffee splash out of the cup below and onto the countertop. Also, the pod holder lid has one needle and four additional (larger) metal puncture points, which allow grounds to exit the pod into the holder and hence into the cup. I believe this is called "multi-stream technology" but it's less than impressive. Have to remove the pod holder after each use to rinse out the grounds. My former Keurig had only one needle in the lid; no grounds., full flavor.

REALLY want to like this one...BUT...

I bought the original after seeing a great deal on QVC. Got it home and was surprised how much I liked it, especially with the new K-cup for my own coffee. Wasn't impressed with the single stream fl that. The five stream makes a HUGE different. UNTIL....it growled and completely shut off to never start again. Luckily I registered it a got this free replacement, which, again, I loved...until 1 month after I got it and it did the exact same thing. I now have 2 that don't work and a third on the way. I REALLY hope this one has NO problems or I will get yet another free replacement. Don't know why Keurig doesn't want it back to find out why this is happening. Anyway...not shy accepting free replacements as long as this happens.

Perfect

My existing Keurig 2.0, is still working after 5-1/2 years and HSN had a special on this new Keurig K Supreme. It still is an amazing unit and like the handle on the water reservoir, plus the unit is a little more compact. The selection of cup oz is fast and easy and have the grey model. The reusable filter that came with the unit, from HSN, is not for the Supreme, but for the older models. I had to order the correct reusable K cup as that is what I use for my Duncan Donuts ground coffee. Keurig is the best and look forward to several years of usage on this new Supreme. Under our kitchen sink, the cold water tap has a canister filter, with the filter strength to help with SCALE and other elements. Our city water comes for 7 wells. Maintenance is done after about 6 months and there is hardly any scale, when flushing out. There is no clogging of any type over the same period.
