Love the K Supreme!

I love this product better than the 2.0 that I previously had. Love the side reservoir! and the fact you can adjust it to the back as well. Had looked at other coffee makers but came back to Keurig as it is so easy to use and one can purchase the pods and coffee bags for the K Supreme in so many places! Wish Keurig sold their coffee mugs, I would buy 2. :)

Great start to the morning !

I got this keurig about 2 weeks ago and I’m already in love! One of my biggest struggles with coffee makers is filling the water. This water holder has a handle which makes it so much easier to fill, and is in the side instead of the back! The coffee taste great with no burnt taste or coffee grounds getting in it. I also love that it’s sleek and not bulky so it looks great on any counter !

Worst Keurig I've ever had!

I bought this Keurig last month. When I took it out of the box the top did not seem to lie flush so that when I try to make coffee, I have to hold the top down to make it work. I have had Keurig coffee makers for the last 18 years and they were great. We even had one in the office and it was great too. This model is cheaply made and flimsy. I am returning it!!

Do not buy

Do not buy this. It is a new line and there are BUGS. I am now returning my 3rd one and won't buy Keurig products anymore. It will either tell you to put water when there already is water or it will do the opposite and let you try to brew with no water and burn itself out. I had two that didn't recognize there was no water and burned out to never turn on again and the 3rd now seemed to work for a week or 2 then it started asking for water when there already was some and now suddenly it doesn't recognize that there isnt any meaning that if I don't pay attention and try to brew with no water this one will burn out and not turn on too. Not sure how this made it out of the testing phase.

Very Disappointed - Doesn't Make Hot Coffee!

While I love the new design, this unit is a big fail. The coffee isn't hot! I measured the temperature on the new unit and on my old Keurig. Old = 180 degrees; New = 160 degrees. I should not have to put my coffee in the microwave to heat it up right after I take it off the brewer. 160 degree coffee is not hot - it's barely warm. Very disappointed!

About time; best innovation/design in single serve

Saturating the coffee grounds is what makes coffee from a french press desirable, flavorful and, usually preferable. Have an original B40 (single cup size, no water filter; over 20 years old); still works like a champ but, takes up way too much counter space. Donated it to my office & replaced with a cheap, smaller, off brand model for at home; didn't brew the best of coffee. Saw this new line, had to try it. It brought a whole new flavor to even some lighter of coffee roasts.

Loving This Design

I got this Keurig last week and was super excited! I have been a Keurig user for about 7 years, and this is the third different model I have used. First impressions were: super easy setup (even the water filter), sleek design, and less counter space needed (compared to my current Keurig). After trying this new model out, I have mostly great things to say. It’s a small detail, but the handle on the reservoir makes it so much easier to remove, refill, and put back. The interface is straightforward and intuitive, and I enjoyed not having to wait for an initial heat cycle before brewing. I love, love, love the iced coffee feature. My husband used it with a Donut Shop K Cup, and he absolutely loved it. I had a sip as well, and it was so good that I wanted to brew myself a cup. This is where my only nitpick comes in. I am pregnant, so I am off caffeine for the time being. I have a tub of Folgers decaf that I have been putting into a my reusable k cup. I filled the k cup as usual, only to find that it does not fit this new Keurig. I’m sure there will be reusable k cups in the future, so I don’t have an issue with buying one. It’s just disappointing that I can’t try a cup for myself until I locate some decaf disposable k cups. however, all-in-all, I really enjoy this model and am extremely happy with it. I received this Keurig complimentary from Influenster to test and review.

No sizes in between :(

I wanted to replace our old one since this one is beautifully compact. I didn't realize that the carafe/kettle had to be configured for a minimum of six people. I was trying to avoid having to make one at a time for me and my wife. We only drink one cup each but didn't want to be walking back and forth to get that going. The single cup version splatters everywhere, as the mug sits too low compared to the previous one. Basically, the only main advantage this had to the previous is its aesthetic design. The carafe ended up being useless for us. It's an okay coffee maker.

Best gift Ever

Sent this early to my parents for their Anniversary and Christmas. They live in a Senior home with their own apartment. Their meals are prepared for them and they don't have a stove and little counter space. They called and said they are hooked! They can have a cup of tea or coffee anytime now! Best price I've found too!

Quit working after 6 cups

Purchased for my mother. She fixed only 6 cups before the electrical system quit working. Nothing happens when plugged in. Unfortunately, she didn't tell me because it was a gift and she didn't want to be ungracious. When I discovered, she had owned for just over a year. Keurig has been non-responsive.
