Not so much

I received this Keurig version as a gift. I have had a lot of issues with leaky grounds. About 90% of the time I have to clean up the mess and throw out my freshly brewed cup due to the there being too many grounds in my cup. While I understand that there are times minor issues and glitches can occur, this is ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I own a 2.0 which is approximately 6 years old and I have not had any complaints. I noticed a lot of people are reporting they too are having issues with this K-Supreme version, including my particular issue. I hope there is a non-costly solution to correct these issues.

Thank you for reviewing your K-Supreme coffee maker. The behavior you're describing certainly does not sound normal. Has your K-Cup pod been removed and reinserted into the brewer? For best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. Reusing or rotating the K-Cup pod after brewing can cause overflow and coffee grounds. concerned

has anyone else had problems with there's i had my first one and it quit working when i put in the k-cup it acts like its going to brew and only gives about a a quarter cup and shuts off i then put in second k-cup and it works ? i took it back and got a second one after 3 weeks its doing the same thing ?? should i try a 3rd our is this a problem they have ? i really do like it the coffee is perfect and its quick ....

DO NOT BUY THIS BREWER!

This is the 3rd brewer I have had of this exact model in the last 18 months, they have all died or stopped producing more than 2oz of coffee. I descale every time the light comes on, I use a filter and change that out as well monthly. This model is an absolute dud. Multiple people have these same issues and Keurig is doing nothing to fix these problems. Each one lasts about 6 months which is unacceptable for an item that costs so much. Calling Keurig is useless as they have you run through the diagnostics to fix, which we have already done and when it does not work they offer no solutions. Well I have found a solution, I will no longer purchase a Keurig coffee maker!

So very sad!

I have owned a Keurig for many, many years and have always rated them very high. And I've been going through reading the reviews myself on this model with their new technology and there are so many good reviews that it breaks my heart to have to speak against this machine. I personally think they should have left the design of the needle alone. Mine does not come out in one stream as it does in the picture or like my others have. It comes out more like dumping and dripping, the coffee literally splatters all over my counter. So disappointed cuz for years I have done nothing but praise the Keurig brand, but unfortunately NOT this time! :*( :*(

Best Keurig so far!!

I love the options this keurig has! I love my coffee strong, but my husband doesn’t, and the fact this has a strong button is amazing!! My husband and I both agree that the coffee tastes much better using this! I haven’t tried the ice coffee setting yet, but I’ll definitely will! It’s also so quiet compared to our older keurig. I didn’t even realize my coffee was done because it’s so quiet :) **I received this product complimentary for testing purposes**

Amazing Upgrade

1st off some background. I have had a Keurig K10 for the last few years. Since March I been using it heavily since I am working from home. My K10 was on her last leg. She couldn't get the cup fills right resulting in me having to run the same kcup twice to make sure it was used, none the less it was always watered down. Soon as receieved the K Supreme, I opened the box and set it up on my kitchen counter I immediately felt like I was in The Sims Game and my lifestyle points just boosted! She is a beautiful sight. So sleek and modern. No more having to fill up for each cup as this came with a reservoir... most importantly I CAN TASTE MY COFFEE NOW!!!! She is quiet and fast. I feel on cloud 9!!! I love this machine. I did receive it complimentary from Influencer & Keurig, but I am very impressed with the new features and the sheer difference between this and my old outdated K10. Looking forward to my next cup.

What are you waiting for

I just received my Keurig K-Supreme Single serve coffee maker and I am so in love instantly. It has such a sleek and elegant design that makes it very aesthetically appealing. I have a small kitchen in my apartment so I love that it does not take up too much space. This was complimentary from Influenster and so they also provided 2 boxes of coffee. I will be trying the coffee out very shortly but I was on love with the coffee machine as soon as I took it out of the box.

Break Very Easily

I have only had my Keurig K-Supreme for a couple months and it already broke. I had not used it in a week, went to run a rinse brew before I made myself a cup of coffee and it "ran" dispensed no water and then shut off with a burning smell. Now it will not power back on. Terrible manufacturing in opinion if you can't go a short period of time betweeen uses. I also descaled it about a week before I didn't use it for a week. I'm very disappointed as I had wanted a Keurig for a long time when I bought it.

I did love this until it quit woring

This is the 2nd Keurig that I have owned. I purchased the K-Supreme coffee maker 8 months ago. After 7 months it just quit working. Thought at first I blew a fuse, because nothing was lighting up, tired another plug in and the same thing. And of course there is only a 30 day warranty. when they work, I absolutely love them, just wish they would last a little longer.

If I could give zero stars…

First one suddenly stopped working after three months and that was the best one we’ve had. The second one constantly said Descale and we could never stop it from doing that no matter what troubleshooting we did. Foolishly we went back and got a third one which brewed about an ounce of coffee and stopped. It kept asking us to add water and is just, in general, faulty in many, many ways. I am returning it today now for the third time, like a fool. honestly, to remain a Keurig customer, I would need a brand new, different model, for free from the company. This is an incredible disappointment.
