Looks great, doesn’t last!

This was a Christmas gift and I was thrilled. It looks so modern and worked great until I descaled it (with Keurig descaler as per instruction). Now I have hot water pouring out until the last few ounces, then I get coffee and it splatters everywhere. Customer service says the pods I’ve been using without a problem for 8 years aren’t good enough anymore... not amused

Wow! Life changing!

I can’t believe I lived without this in my life! It’s honestly life changing. I have used it for 2 weeks and will never go back to the old ways of making coffee. I love how I get up, pop in a cup and it’s ready in 2 mins! The machine is easy to set up and very user friendly. Love the over ice feature as well!

I love this coffee maker! Until…..

I bought this coffee maker early December of 2020 when I purchased my new home. I loved it so much I bought one for my best friend for Christmas. It makes such a good cup of coffee unfortunately both my friend and I have already had to replace it once and this morning my second keurig K-supreme is broken. It hasn’t even been a year and I have 2 broken coffee makers. I am so upset because I really love the coffee it makes and the larger water reserve. Argh

Poor Quality

We have been through three units by now. The first one we bought had the opening device freeze shut on us. Then, the replacement comes in and it gets stuck in descale mode and before that it never brewed a full selected amount of ounces. Our logic is. "DO NOT" use the filter that the unit comes with, ever. So, our re-replacemet comes in and now we having an issue again. this time its not puncturing holes properly in any k-pod you may find out their from any store. We have contacted Keurig yet again. This unit is riddled with issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS BREWER!

Love the extra features

I love how easy it is to make a cup of coffee with the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. Once you make your selection for the brew, it brews the coffee as soon as it has heated up which is great because you can just let the Keurig do its thing. I love the new features like the strong and the over ice brews. I can make a strong cup for the morning or afternoon when I really need the extra caffeine. I can easily make a pretty large cup of iced coffee for those hotter days. The setup of the machine was very easy with step by step instructions included. I think the option to move the water reservoir is genius! I have a small apartment and a tiny kitchen so the ability to position the water reservoir is super convenient since I can change the position to fit it on my counters. I was able to use it with my Starbucks and Donut Shop K-cups. I would highly recommend this for people who don’t want a full size machine but like to make multiple cups of coffee a day. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes.

multi stream is the worst

I have been using Keurig for years and love products but this newer multi stream is the worst. I have coffee grinds in every cup, the descale light is on already and I only used it for a month with filtered water, and every so often the pod explodes and coffee and grinds come out everywhere and you have to take machine apart to clean it. The design of the machine is great but go back to one puncture hole.

Descaling problem

i’ve had this keurig for almost a year. it works really good! i love it. Then the descale button started blinking which means it’s dirty so i bought the solution for it and i cleaned it the way the instructions of the solution told me so. and it still blinking. so i don’t know what to do now

SLEEK LOOK

I was so excited to get this complimentary free product for testing I followed the directions and instructions to do as I was told to properly use the product and I was so upset because It never brewed for me so hopefully I'll be able to get a new one in return but far as the look it is very sleek and modern I like it it also does not take up a lot of space on your countertops so that's a plus and I love that you have options for what size cup you want to use that is perfect so now he has me waiting so that I can wake up everyday to pick which type of coffee I would like to drink today so I want iced coffee don't want expresso do I want regular coffee I think this is going to be a hit at all stores and it's nothing about the father that I would change I recommend this product to everyone.

Perfect

My existing Keurig 2.0, is still working after 5-1/2 years and HSN had a special on this new Keurig K Supreme. It still is an amazing unit and like the handle on the water reservoir, plus the unit is a little more compact. The selection of cup oz is fast and easy and have the grey model. The reusable filter that came with the unit, from HSN, is not for the Supreme, but for the older models. I had to order the correct reusable K cup as that is what I use for my Duncan Donuts ground coffee. Keurig is the best and look forward to several years of usage on this new Supreme. Under our kitchen sink, the cold water tap has a canister filter, with the filter strength to help with SCALE and other elements. Our city water comes for 7 wells. Maintenance is done after about 6 months and there is hardly any scale, when flushing out. There is no clogging of any type over the same period.

Don't waste your money!

I'm on my third, warrantied replacement. Every time I descale this model- it dies. The descale light never goes back off, and shortly thereafter it powers off, and never works again. I BEGGED them to give me a different model (I loved my K- Elite), but they would rather just give me another faulty unit every three months, upsetting me further. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MODEL!
