excellent coffee maker

My first Keurig lasted over 15 years recently started making a strange sound, I knew it was time for a new one. I purchased the K-Supreme and I love it. Slim, light weight, stylish, looks very modern, works fast, coffee taste great and the coffee is HOT!!! I love this brewer

this is an over priced pile of junk.

My children bought me this sleek new "Supreme" coffee maker and the instructions on it are onerous. The DESCALER costs more than it's worth and when you've spent a lot of time doing the DESCALE, it still is on blaring at you. The additional cost of filters and descaler is a waste.to get more money and doesn't work anyway. 20 minutes to clean it and a ton of wasted money and time.

Keurig/K-Supreme

Absolutely love my new K/Supreme I have always wanted to purchase a Keurig my job as one in the lunch room that’s a much older model but it works great to this date. Real top notch product, This style and design I love because it’s so stream line and literally waist no counter space very compact coffee maker, Couldn’t be happier.

Quiet Operation

Bought this for my office and mostly use it for my afternoon cup of tea. Very quiet operation, hot, hot water. Except today I forgot my coffee so made a "strong" setting with dark roast k-cup. Good & hot water; less than weak coffee. Disappointing as my large Keurig at home brews it fine, but this little deal does not. Tried it twice.

The honeymoon‘s over quickly

Our older Keurig broke down so I was excited to get this new and improved version and it did work great and I loved it, but then it just stopped working so I returned it to the store and got another one. And again very happy with it. And less than three weeks later it’s already not working. Very disappointed.

Dead already

I bought this about a month ago and after a few weeks the descale light started flashing so I looked in the instructions on how to do it. It says to hold down a couple buttons on the control pad which I did and the power light went off. Since then it has not been able to power on. I have tried it in different power outlets, tried all kinds of online Keurig remedies and nothing brings it back to life. Time to buy a dependable coffee maker.

Terrible machine

I bought this in August. Worked fine until the beginning of December. Kept saying descale. I ran the Keurig cleaner through the machine following the instructions. Last night, went to make a cup of chai tea and it just made a loud sound, blew a puff of smoke and smelled extremely strong of burnt plastic. Now it won’t turn on. Ughh!!!! So disappointed in how much this cost me and now, less than 6 months later, it’s just garbage. Absolutely don’t recommend. Wish I’d paid better attention to these reviews.

Good Coffee, Multiple failures for this machine

Keurig® K-Supreme We have this machine for 6 months now. The Descale feature Flashes so often _its driving us crazy! (and broke) We use only *filtered water and *Kurig filters, *Kurig Descale fluid and *Their Instructions to descale it (instructions followed to the letter!) _Still the descale feature flashes each week with 10 to 12 Kurig Coffee k-cups made! ( & Yes, we only make coffee). Not happy!

awful cup of coffee

I bought this coffee maker 6 weeks ago. It's the first Keurig maker that I do not like! It doesn't brew a hot cup of coffee like the old single serve Keurig coffee makers! Also to use the reusable coffee filter, you have to use more coffee than the old makers and the coffee is not hot and does not taste as good! I should have got a mini Keurig maker! I have been using Keurig makers since 2011,

Descale

I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I use it everyday. I use Reverse Osmosis water in it and twice now I have gotten an error message to descale. Why? It’s reverse osmosis water. The error code won’t go away even if I run the descale program without the descale solution. I called Keurig up and the lady on the phone had me read the serial number off of it and so some trouble shooting. Then said I needed to have it replaced and we would do it under warranty. After being on hold for 20 minutes, they hung up on me. They had asked me for my number and address as well as email. You would think that after being disconnected they would call you back. Was I disconnect or hung up on on purpose.
