Perfect!

I received this in exchange for an honest review and i have to say i honestly LOVE IT. I love that there are more features for a customized cup. The new multistream technology brews a much more flavorful cup than previous models. I take advantage of the over ice feature daily. My only complaint is that it brews a much smaller cup using that feature. The water resovoir is large and the handle makes it easy to remove. Im so glad to have this!!

Break Very Easily

I have only had my Keurig K-Supreme for a couple months and it already broke. I had not used it in a week, went to run a rinse brew before I made myself a cup of coffee and it "ran" dispensed no water and then shut off with a burning smell. Now it will not power back on. Terrible manufacturing in opinion if you can't go a short period of time betweeen uses. I also descaled it about a week before I didn't use it for a week. I'm very disappointed as I had wanted a Keurig for a long time when I bought it.

Incredibly Quick and Easy!

I received the product complimentsry for testing purposes through Influenster. I was so excited to try this Keurig and it definitely did not disappoint! I have owned a variety of Keurigs over the years and this one really stood out because of the sleek size but still had the addition of a water reservoir, which is really helpful when you don’t want to have to fill your mug with water before brewing a cup every morning! The size is great because it is more functional than the original single serve Keurig, but offers the features of other ones that tend to be bigger and bulkier. I found this Keurig to be much quieter and faster in comparison to others I have owned as well! I was standing right next to it while it was brewing and it was so quiet I could barely tell it was on. It’s also incredibly fast, my coffee was brewed in less than two minutes. This is super convenient as i’m usually throwing my coffee together as i’m running out the door for work! The instructions were a little lengthy with the setup and having to prepare the water filter, but after reading them a few times it was easy to understand! This Keurig also has lots of great features including an option to make the coffee strong, iced, and a variety of sized. This is great for someone who drinks different kinds of coffee or in a household where everyone has different preferences! I know some mornings I definitely need my coffee stronger than others. This Keurig has definitely simplified my morning routine and I see myself continuing to use it every day! It’s nice when at home coffee is just as simple as picking it up from a coffee shop!

Almost perfect

I bought this Kuerig several months ago to replace a really old one. I love the 12 oz option, and especially like the strong brew. i like everything about it EXCEPT THE CLEANING. The first time the descale light came on, I promptly bought the cleaning solution and followed the instructions on the bottle. Turned it back on, and the descale light came back on. Hmmmm....took me quite a while to find what I needed to know from the website, because the instructional video is buried! NOT ANYWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE, PICTURES OF THIS PARTICULAR COFFEE MAKER, NOR ON ANY OF THE PAPERWORK INCLUDED WITH THE COFFEEMAKER DOES IT SAY "OH, YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW ENTIRELY DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR DESCALING THIS PARTICULAR MODEL. As you can tell by the capital letters, it was really FRUSTRATING. What are you thinking?????? Let people know you changed the directions, even if you just put on the bottle of descaler "go to the Kuerig website for cleaning instructions for the K-Supreme coffee maker. These will NOT WORK. This makes absolutely no sense to me.

Best Keurig so far!!

I love the options this keurig has! I love my coffee strong, but my husband doesn’t, and the fact this has a strong button is amazing!! My husband and I both agree that the coffee tastes much better using this! I haven’t tried the ice coffee setting yet, but I’ll definitely will! It’s also so quiet compared to our older keurig. I didn’t even realize my coffee was done because it’s so quiet :) **I received this product complimentary for testing purposes**

Brew Temperature too low

I purchased this coffee maker for it's many convenience features of which it has many. unfortunately I like my coffee hot and this machine only brews to a temperature of 160 to 165 (I measured it with a digital thermometer). My former Keurig brewed at 192. There is no adjustment on this model so if you like your coffee hot I recommend something other than this unit.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is the second K-Supreme Single Serve Maker- It was sent to me by the company since my first one stopped working a month after I got it.It often makes a cup of very watery coffee even when set on strong, water shoots out of the sides of the cup, constantly needs to be descaled, and even after descaling (for more than 20 minutes) the descale light will not turn off. Not to mention- calling the 800number and being placed on hold for 15 minutes and getting disconnected 2x!!!

Thanks for your review. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descaling process is complete, the DESCALE notification turns off. The brewer will exit Descale Mode and will be ready for use! If you ever need assistance, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.

Very Disappointed - Doesn't Make Hot Coffee!

While I love the new design, this unit is a big fail. The coffee isn't hot! I measured the temperature on the new unit and on my old Keurig. Old = 180 degrees; New = 160 degrees. I should not have to put my coffee in the microwave to heat it up right after I take it off the brewer. 160 degree coffee is not hot - it's barely warm. Very disappointed!

So far, OK

I've had this model for about a month. It starts fast and is much quieter than my previous model. Does not seem to make a stronger cup of coffee, unless the strong button is used. Disappointed that it does not accommodate a travel mug as tall as the previous model. Also, I have noticed more grounds in my cup in the last few days. I am also concerned with the design of the reusable "My K-cup" (and the outrageous price). Since the holder has to be removed (and it is not super sturdy), I suspect it may just break in short time since I go between pods and fresh ground beans often.

Shuts down

I bought two of these and one completely shut down within weeks of having it so I started using the second one and that one shut down again and stopped working the same way the first one did about 3 months after getting both of the coffee makers. I had a Keurig that lasted me years but these new ones just don't work. I have loved this brand but am sad to say I will no longer be buying it since it has become a waste if money.
