I had one of the original Keurig models and it had gotten quite old, slow, and noisy. So I searched for an updated model and was overwhelmed with the choices. But I finally settled on this one, which I regard as "top of the line." It seems to have all of Keurig's latest features, including the Multi-stream Technology. All I can say is "Wow!" This machine is very fast, with virtually no warmup required, it's very quiet, and the coffee it delivers, almost from any K-cup at all, is just excellent. I've been amazed to find that most of the various coffees I had in my pantry produced very good coffee after all. Get one of these -- you won't be disappointed at all/

I’m not happy with the flaw concerning the descale light that STAYS on. Yes, I call it a flaw because of all the Keurigs I’ve had before (4 of them), this has never been an issue. Following each and every step of the instructions for descaling and the light is STILL on. I’ve had it 2 months and that blinking light is seriously such a nuisance!!

this keurig is different than the rest is very fast efficient and affordable heating does not take long at all I love the design of this model it’s very modern and sleek and fits in small spaces. I love that I can have Starbucks brewed right in my home. I love that it heats the perfect temp for hot or iced coffee I’m really impressed and would highly recommend this product to anyone that’s a coffee lover !!!i received this product complementary for testing purposes

Then the descale light started blinking. I used keurig's descaling product following their directions. There isn't instructions on how to reset the machine. Searched the site, found out how to re-set but machine fails to re-set. Tried descaling a second time (cleaner isn't cheap) and machine still won't reset. Their descaling solution fails to indicate how to reset the machine so plan to search their site. I filter my water before pouring into machine to remove impurities and would think I'd get more the two months use (1-2 cups a day). Tried calling for the past three days but every five minutes a recording states wait time of five minutes. After twenty I gave up. Site has a instant chat feature but has not worked in the past three days. Please read reviews before deciding on making a purchase. I'd advice checking other sites (like Consumer Reports). I had hoped to give a review providing I could talk to someone at Keurig but looks like they don't want the customer to.

I haven't been happy with this coffee maker since I first bought, less than 18 months ago. Especially the reusable cup feature, it spits all over the place and no matter the coffee grind or k-cup, the coffee always comes out on the weaker side (even with Strong selected. Today, I descaled it and now it refuses to turn on. Have googled and tried all methods to restart, but nothing. My last Keurig didn't last much longer. Only one of the originals worked really well. Very disappointed!

Ok wow, I love this keurig!! I’ve had an old one for YEARS and it’s so bulky, I honestly rarely use it. I’ve stuck with my old school coffee pot. I was enjoying a cup of coffee within 10 minutes including set up with this one! It’s so sleek and chic! I love that it can be repositioned to fit your space. Quick easy options for brewing size, how strong you want it, and even over ice. I use this daily now and am ready to get rid of my OG plain Jane coffee pot. I bought this Kuerig several months ago to replace a really old one. I love the 12 oz option, and especially like the strong brew. i like everything about it EXCEPT THE CLEANING. The first time the descale light came on, I promptly bought the cleaning solution and followed the instructions on the bottle. Turned it back on, and the descale light came back on. Hmmmm....took me quite a while to find what I needed to know from the website, because the instructional video is buried! NOT ANYWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE, PICTURES OF THIS PARTICULAR COFFEE MAKER, NOR ON ANY OF THE PAPERWORK INCLUDED WITH THE COFFEEMAKER DOES IT SAY "OH, YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW ENTIRELY DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR DESCALING THIS PARTICULAR MODEL. As you can tell by the capital letters, it was really FRUSTRATING. What are you thinking?????? Let people know you changed the directions, even if you just put on the bottle of descaler "go to the Kuerig website for cleaning instructions for the K-Supreme coffee maker. These will NOT WORK. This makes absolutely no sense to me.

I bought this Keurig last month. When I took it out of the box the top did not seem to lie flush so that when I try to make coffee, I have to hold the top down to make it work. I have had Keurig coffee makers for the last 18 years and they were great. We even had one in the office and it was great too. This model is cheaply made and flimsy. I am returning it!!

This coffee maker is one of the best I’ve owned! I love that I can adjust the water tank to the side or back. The over ice option is amazing for iced coffee, teas and anything else you can get in a keurig cup. I love that I can adjust how much I want in my cup or even if I want it particularly strong one morning. I can not wait to order more cups so I can test out more over ice flavors!

I just want to start by saying this coffee maker is amazing! I received it complimentary for testing purposes and let’s just say it by far exceeded my expectations. Being a health care worker right now I live off coffee and absolutely love the fact it has multiple settings and can do ice coffee as well.
