Love Keurig products

Big coffee drinkers and faithful to Keurig brands. I bought this a month ago and it has been more of a headache to me waking up fighting with coffee machine to brew. Sad to say I am really disappointed. I will be returning it for a different model of Keurig. It steams profusely and grounds sometimes spit out. Not sure if it is just a bad one in the bunch.

Overall a great buy!

I received this product free for review and I love it! I have had 4 different Keurig models at this point and for the money, this is the best option! It has great features, it brews a perfect cup no mattter the size and definitely gives me a more caffeinated experience each time. It takes less time to heat up when turning on or between cups than my more expensive models. It is also less messy and easier to fill the water container. It also gives the option to move the water container to different sizes based on you preference or counter space. 10 stars for this brewer! It’s great!

Disappointed

I have owned this machine for about 6 months and the dreaded descale light came on. I have descaled before but this time I can’t get the light to turn off. I have owned several machines, love the technology but I may have to change to another brand. The hassle is just not worth it.

love the handle on the water pitcher

We have used this for 2 weeks. It makes a stronger ( I think it's bitter) brew than our previous older Elite version. Our Elite still works so we were able to do our own taste comparison. It also leaves some grains in the cup. I do love the handle on the water pitcher, that is a great feature that should be encompassed across the product line. I prefer the Elite to this model.

Excellent updated Keurig Coffee Maker!

I was so thrilled to receive this complimentary updated version of the Keurig Single Cup Coffee Maker called the Keurig K-Supreme via Influenster. First impressions - easy out of the box, minimal assembly. There’s a quick start guide with clear instructions on how to basically run some water through to clean it out. This machine does include a water filter however there were no directions in the box how to install it. I use bottled or purified water in my coffee maker so I will check the Keurig website to figure that out later. I had brewed my 1st cup probably within 15 minutes of the unboxing, it was that quick and easy. I also received two complementary boxes of K-cups including the Green Mountain Dark Magic dark roast and Laughing Man Hugh’s Blend medium coffee, both of which I found to be delicious but I do enjoy strong coffee. The reservoir holds quite a bit of water and with a large opening it will be easy to clean out. The display for choosing your coffee size, strength, and temperature is very clear and easy to figure out. We haven’t use them yet but I am looking forward to customizing the three save options so I can save specific settings for both my husband and myself. There’s also an over ice button which I have yet to try but I’m sure it will be great for a quick cold cup on a hot day. The coffee maker itself is not very wide looking at it from the front but it is a bit long. It’s a really sharp and sleek stainless steel design which would look nice in any kitchen. Two drawbacks include there is no auto setting, however it is so quick and easy to brew a cup it’s not like you’re waiting 10+ minutes for a full carafe of coffee. Also because there’s no auto setting there is no digital clock. Nor does this coffee maker fit a tall travel mug, my husband likes to use a Tervis and I like to use the tall metal Starbucks travel mugs, however will just brew in a large coffee cup and then pour into our travel mug. In my opinion those small negative points do not outweigh how great this updated version of this Keurig Single Serving Coffee Maker is and I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a quality single serving coffee maker. All of these honest opinions are my own.

Dead after 4 months

Buy a different one. I decided to replace my 2.0 that I have had over 5 years as it started to leak. This one shut off the other day and never came back on. Based on the reviews this happens a lot. Maybe Kuerig should do something about this. Yes, mine was replaced under warranty but how long before it does it again? My Kuerig was only 4 months old!

Crap

I have had keurig coffee makes for 15 years. I bought the sage green one about a month and a half ago. It stopped working in 3 weeks and then got s replacement and it just died in almost 2-3 weeks. They both had the same problem and defect. It always thought it had no water and it gets to the point where you can’t brew anything anymore because it doesn’t detect that the canister is full of water. I am extremely disappointed. I may have to find a completely different brand coffee maker. These are too expensive to stop working every 3 weeks and I can’t live without my coffee.

Don’t bother biying

This is a piece truly a piece of trash , after 4 months - this stopped working and what’s painful you pay so much money for something that breaks in few months. There’s a video in you tube how to re set this - so why? And all the comments said their keurig broke down in few months - so don’t wven bother buying

Best Keurig I've had

Had been eyeing this one, love the features and the handled side or back water pitcher is a great improvement! Our Keurig classic was on its way out so when I saw the k-supreme on sale at Sam's that did it for me. Brews fast and great coffee, enjoying the iced coffee feature, too. Very pleased so far!

Very Unreliable

I love this Keurig - when it works. For some reason, this machine will just stop turning on. This is the second one I have gotten within a year, and both have had the same issue. I have called customer service and researched online, but can't figure out why this happens or how to fix it. Luckily, Keurig offers a 1 year warrantee and will replace these machines. But I would pay extra just to not have this happen every few months.
