love the handle on the water pitcher

We have used this for 2 weeks. It makes a stronger ( I think it's bitter) brew than our previous older Elite version. Our Elite still works so we were able to do our own taste comparison. It also leaves some grains in the cup. I do love the handle on the water pitcher, that is a great feature that should be encompassed across the product line. I prefer the Elite to this model.

If I could give zero stars…

First one suddenly stopped working after three months and that was the best one we’ve had. The second one constantly said Descale and we could never stop it from doing that no matter what troubleshooting we did. Foolishly we went back and got a third one which brewed about an ounce of coffee and stopped. It kept asking us to add water and is just, in general, faulty in many, many ways. I am returning it today now for the third time, like a fool. honestly, to remain a Keurig customer, I would need a brand new, different model, for free from the company. This is an incredible disappointment.

Disappointed

Just brewed my second cup with K-Supreme. The brewed coffee comes out of multiple openings in the pod holder, making the coffee splash out of the cup below and onto the countertop. Also, the pod holder lid has one needle and four additional (larger) metal puncture points, which allow grounds to exit the pod into the holder and hence into the cup. I believe this is called "multi-stream technology" but it's less than impressive. Have to remove the pod holder after each use to rinse out the grounds. My former Keurig had only one needle in the lid; no grounds., full flavor.

Unreliable. Cannot recommend.

I am now waiting for my 2nd warranty replacement K-Supreme. The first and the current machines worked for about 3 months, then started making only 2 oz at a time. Both were properly descaled with Keurig solution when prompted and received regular Keurig filter replacements. Either I am supremely unlucky or this model has issues. On a positive note, Customer Service both times has been great. I still trust Keurig, just not this model.

Brew over ice!

I received this machine complimentary for the purposes of testing out the product and I am so happy I did. This machine has so many great new features. I love that you can choose 4 different cup sizes and also have the option to brew over ice. Hot and cold, the coffee tastes great both ways. Another new feature that is a great addition is the handle for the water tank, it makes filling it up soooo much easier. The coffee is delicious and the machine works very well. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great coffee maker.

REALLY want to like this one...BUT...

I bought the original after seeing a great deal on QVC. Got it home and was surprised how much I liked it, especially with the new K-cup for my own coffee. Wasn't impressed with the single stream fl that. The five stream makes a HUGE different. UNTIL....it growled and completely shut off to never start again. Luckily I registered it a got this free replacement, which, again, I loved...until 1 month after I got it and it did the exact same thing. I now have 2 that don't work and a third on the way. I REALLY hope this one has NO problems or I will get yet another free replacement. Don't know why Keurig doesn't want it back to find out why this is happening. Anyway...not shy accepting free replacements as long as this happens.

Do not buy

If you want to wake up and make a cup of coffee do not buy this. It’s 50/50 that it will say as water when it’s full of water!!! You can de scale , turn it off and on as a little water full of water, turn it off/on and it won’t make a difference. Nothing more frustrating than messing with this coffee maker when you haven’t had your coffee.

Perfect

My existing Keurig 2.0, is still working after 5-1/2 years and HSN had a special on this new Keurig K Supreme. It still is an amazing unit and like the handle on the water reservoir, plus the unit is a little more compact. The selection of cup oz is fast and easy and have the grey model. The reusable filter that came with the unit, from HSN, is not for the Supreme, but for the older models. I had to order the correct reusable K cup as that is what I use for my Duncan Donuts ground coffee. Keurig is the best and look forward to several years of usage on this new Supreme. Under our kitchen sink, the cold water tap has a canister filter, with the filter strength to help with SCALE and other elements. Our city water comes for 7 wells. Maintenance is done after about 6 months and there is hardly any scale, when flushing out. There is no clogging of any type over the same period.

Don't waste your money!

I'm on my third, warrantied replacement. Every time I descale this model- it dies. The descale light never goes back off, and shortly thereafter it powers off, and never works again. I BEGGED them to give me a different model (I loved my K- Elite), but they would rather just give me another faulty unit every three months, upsetting me further. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MODEL!

Quit working after descaling!

You have got to be kidding me!!! Descaled my Keurig Supreme and now it doesn’t work. It’s just over a year old so, of course, the warranty has expired.This is ridiculous!! Listen to the many reviewers who have had the same problem and DON’T but this model! I have owned a Keurig since the original came out. Love having a fresh cup every cup, but I won’t be buying another.
