Quit working after descaling!

You have got to be kidding me!!! Descaled my Keurig Supreme and now it doesn’t work. It’s just over a year old so, of course, the warranty has expired.This is ridiculous!! Listen to the many reviewers who have had the same problem and DON’T but this model! I have owned a Keurig since the original came out. Love having a fresh cup every cup, but I won’t be buying another.

Awesome Compact Coffee Maker

I was given this complimentary Keurig through an Influenster campaign for testing purposes. I have to say that this keurig exceeded my overall expectations. I’ve had a few issues in the past with smaller Keurig’s that I’ve purchased, in terms of water just coming right through the machine and it not working properly. But this Keurig K-Supreme brewer really works well and I have to say that my favorite feature is the removable reservoir that has a handle on it. This feature makes it so easy to refill the Reservoir and place it back into the machine to start brewing my favorite cup of coffee. The only thing that I would change if I could would be the speed in which the coffee comes out of the machine. Compared to my normal sized Keurig it takes a lot longer to brew a cup of coffee from the K-Supreme. But overall I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a more compact Keurig that still has a large water tank!

Perfect Upgrade

I am in love with this Keurig. All the new features are subtle but useful. First, the water container has a handle! Do you know how easily I can now fill this up? I just carry it to my sink and not have to worry about spilling cups of water. I also love that it’s not behind the machine, so I don’t have to pull it out from under my cabinet to add more water. Second, the fact that I can get 12oz is a huge upgrade for me. Coffee is my happy place, so the more the better. Third, it pokes 5 holes. This is good an bad though. I enjoy immediately smelling the aroma of coffee when I close the lid and it seems to be brewed stronger. What I am sad about is that I now cannot use my reusable cups. (I know Keurig probably doesn’t want me too anyway, but that’s the only downside) Verdict, I love this Keurig. The size, the handle, I don’t have to constantly move it to fill it up, the 12oz option. It may seem silly, but makes me happy to wake up, (for now). I received this complementary to review.

Disappointed

I loved everything about this model. The first one we bought quit working right at 6 months. I loved it so much I was hoping it was just a fluke and bought a second one. It sadly only lasted about 8 months. No more, beware of purchasing if you want a product that lasts.

Failure

I got this for free to try from Influenster. I followed all the directions for setting up and went to do the test brew to clean it out. To be ready for my morning cup of coffee. I smelled burnt plastic and it shut off. It doesn’t work or turn on at all now. To say I was sad was an understatement. I am disappointed.

Dead already

I bought this about a month ago and after a few weeks the descale light started flashing so I looked in the instructions on how to do it. It says to hold down a couple buttons on the control pad which I did and the power light went off. Since then it has not been able to power on. I have tried it in different power outlets, tried all kinds of online Keurig remedies and nothing brings it back to life. Time to buy a dependable coffee maker.

Great looking machine but

I have the K-Supreme Plus. It is beautiful and the coffee taste great. The only problem I have is spatters all over the counter and the machine. I just sent the question to the support and waiting for their response. This happens all the time. The only time I don’t see spatter is when the cup is tall enough to cover the gap.

BEST Keurig EVER LOVE IT

Whoever designed this Keurig should definitely get recognition for this machine design! A+ and I highly recommend if you’ve trying to find a new Keurig give this machine a consideration. It’s absolutely brilliant in its not taking up much space, removable water container, charcoal filter, ease of use, and wonderful coffee. I highly recommend you get this. It’s the best one I’ve ever had!

Best brewer at a reasonable price!

I first purchased the K-Slim due to space saving design but was very disappointed. It would false cycle and leave grounds in my cup. I decided to give it away and spent the extra money on this brewer. Night and day difference. Multiple brew sizes, multi-stream technology and strong brew button make it a superior brewer. I was mad at myself for going with a cheaper model but this brewer eased the sting. I will recommend this model to anyone shopping for a Keurig brewer. I take my coffee very seriously-I want fast but I also want a good cup. I absolutely love the strong brew button.

Dead after 4 months

Buy a different one. I decided to replace my 2.0 that I have had over 5 years as it started to leak. This one shut off the other day and never came back on. Based on the reviews this happens a lot. Maybe Kuerig should do something about this. Yes, mine was replaced under warranty but how long before it does it again? My Kuerig was only 4 months old!
