Amazing product

Nothing screams MORNING like a delicious cup of freshly brewed coffee. I work as a nurse so I do NOT have the patience (or willpower) to even measure out instant coffee to brew. Keurig makes my coffee-making routine simple and delicious. This machine is so easy to use and is super easy to set up. Setting up my new Keurig took about five minutes and I really appreciate that this Keurig has a built in filter to make my coffee consistently clean and fragrant. Something to note is that this Keurig pokes MULTIPLE holes into the coffee pod, allowing for the entire cup to be fully used, unlike the previous models. Also, I love the new ICE option because I am an iced coffee fanatic! Overall, Keurig did an amazing job and I highly recommend this to new and old Keurig fans! * I received this as a complimentary product for testing purposes

Burned out while descaling

Purchased for wife at Christmas. Worked great until the descale light came on. Followed directions to descale. Was just about finished when the machine began to smoke. Unplugged immediately, but now it won’t work. Tried in multiple outlets, but nothing.

Brews Fast and Quiet

I've been using this new K-Supreme for a week now and we love it! It replaced a K-Mini Plus that was only 3 years old but was so slow to heat up and Very noisy! This new machine is doing a perfect job so far; Fast to heat and so much quieter while brewing.

Great Design

I've purchased 5 keurig coffee makers over the years, two for myself and the others for work and gifts. This one is such a great new design. It works as well as the others a d I'm looking forward to years service from this one as well. Excellent value on sale!!

Broke in less than two weeks

I had this for the simple design after owning another Keurig brand. It powered down in the middle of a coffee session and won’t turn back on. I’ve owned this for two weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This needs to be recalled and people need their money back. Never buying again.

good luck

Was given a k supreme brewer as a christmas gift 2020 and have had 2 replacement brewers as the first broke after less than a month of using .Relpacement sent and sure enough 2 weeks later it broke contacted Keurig and was sent a 3rd brewer and was assured it would not break well that was in march has been good but yes its starting to mess up so i will be looking into a different brewer once this one stops working will not buy Keurig again

I just want coffee

Worst Keurig ever

The first couple of cups, I thought wow this is great. After that, downhill. The coffee is disgusting, and it's not all that hot. It wanted to be descaled, did so, now the descale light will not go off - and we are using filtered water to begin with. Doesn't even begin to brew the actual amount you ask for. This is our 3rd Keurig so we are not unfamiliar with the brand. I've tried using the 'my K-cup' and brewing that way - at first it was okay but as we've used it (had this since around early December) it's just gotten worse. We are using the same coffee brands we've always used and liked.

Major step down in quality

The fit and finish of this machine is noticeably worse than the Keurig 2.0 I’ve been using since 2014. The machine also has a serious design flaw that will cause it to fail the first time something fouls the water injector or the first time the bottom of a pod is not punctured completely. The machine has exposed wiring in space behind the brewing chamber. In the attached pic you can even see condensation on some of the mechanical components in that space! This design flaw is consistent with some of the user reviews here that describe the machine failing after brewing a couple of cups or electrically falling after a pod overflowed. The older pod cavity was designed to overflow safely outside of the machine away from sensitive electrical components. The older design was also free of exposed wires in the space surrounding the pod. I’ve attached a photo of this safety feature on my Keurig 2.0 I’ll probably return the machine tomorrow and exchange it for either a model with the older design, or a French press is all of the current Keurig machines have this design issue. I’m planning to return the machine tomorrow

Features and easy use!

This coffee maker is one of the best I’ve owned! I love that I can adjust the water tank to the side or back. The over ice option is amazing for iced coffee, teas and anything else you can get in a keurig cup. I love that I can adjust how much I want in my cup or even if I want it particularly strong one morning. I can not wait to order more cups so I can test out more over ice flavors!

Best gift Ever

Sent this early to my parents for their Anniversary and Christmas. They live in a Senior home with their own apartment. Their meals are prepared for them and they don't have a stove and little counter space. They called and said they are hooked! They can have a cup of tea or coffee anytime now! Best price I've found too!
