I have had the unit for 3- 4 weeks now and I gave it three stars because when it makes a cup of coffee without dumping grounds into it, it works well. But too often, we find coffee grounds at the bottom of our cup of coffee- not good. we never experienced this problem with our first keurig we purchased 3 years ago. We take extra care to make sure all the puncture spikes, including the bottom, and inside, are clean and free of grounds, but we still often find grounds in our coffee, especially with the My K Cup. again, we follow the instructions, don't overfill and make sure the adapter is fitting correctly in the unit. Also, the my k cup adapter came with a loop like plastic piece that does not seat into the coffee maker- impossible fit- so we just place the my k cup in without it and it seems to work fine like that. Still not sure if we're going to return this or not. We'll see.

I am extremely disappointed to have to buy new filter holder --- why did you not put that on the outside of the box. Like " batteries not included" The pods are not environmentally .friendly so we when our Keuig died, we have many now apparently unusable filters. We do like the smaller footprint. Another trip to the masked store is a hassle and we do not even know if they have any. Please get the packaging right.

Purchased for wife at Christmas. Worked great until the descale light came on. Followed directions to descale. Was just about finished when the machine began to smoke. Unplugged immediately, but now it won’t work. Tried in multiple outlets, but nothing.

I was ecstatic to receive the Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker complimentary for testing purposes through Influenster! Upon opening the package I was super happy with the overall design and how slim the coffee maker appeared! It doesn’t take up much space which is great because I’ve been able to keep my older Keurig nearby! I’m a sucker for iced coffee and this coffee maker’s over ice feature had me from the first cup!! It was absolutely delicious and allows me to enjoy my fav iced coffee first thing in the morning. Previously I’d been brewing my coffee with my old Keurig and leaving it in the freezer for a couple of hours and so I’m pretty satisfied with the over ice feature alone! One drawback that I noticed was that you cannot brew your own coffee, which is unfortunate, but overall I still really enjoy it!

The Keurig K-Supreme Brewer is an awesome Upgrade to my already favorite coffee pot. I purchased my 1st Keurig about 10 years ago and it has been one of the best purchases I have made. It conveniently makes single cups of coffee quickly and I have always loved the option of being able to brew a variety of drinks to meet everyone's drink preference. The Keurig K-Supreme allows you to choose from 4 different cup sizes which I absolutely love since I can now make more than a standard 8 oz. cup. I also love that this Brewer now pierces more than one hole in the coffee pod which provides more delicious flavor in every single cup. My absolute favorite feature of this Brewer is the fact that there is more than one position to move the water reservoir so you are not limited to a certain counter space. I would highly recommend this Keurig Brewer to anyone! It provides a flavorful, convenient cup of coffee with the push of a button. The variety of hot and cold drinks is awesome. I currently use the Keurig K-Cafe in my kitchen and love the strong feature on that so when I saw that this Keurig had the same feature I was ecstatic! A new addition to my office, the sleek, black design looks modern and stylish. Easy to use to make a stronger cup of coffee, the K-Supreme is perfect for any type of casual coffee drinker!

I received this brewer from Influenster. I was so surprised how easy the setup instructions were, and how each piece had its own instructions. Im absolutely in love with it! I have an older model at home and it doesn't compare to this one. I love all of the features, especially the iced setting. The iced setting is perfect for these hot summer days. I like all the options for difference ounces and if you prefer it strong there is an option as well. The look if it, its so sleek and the way you can move the water reservoir its a great option. Im really happy I received it. Kerrigan great Job on this product!

I actually LOVE this machine when it works. My whole family does, actually. The issue is they don't last. I received the first one as a Christmas gift from my friend and not even 4 months later it just stopped working. I contacted Keurig and they were quick to replace the machine - awesome. Unfortunately, the replacement just failed after 5 months. 2 machines in less than 8 months is insane.

I loved this coffeemaker when I first got it but after 11 months the descale light came on and will not go off. I have purchased and used 3 bottles of the descales and tried vinegar 3 times with no luck. The machine also doesn’t work like it used to. I had to buy a whole new coffee maker. This was my 3rd Keurig; all of the other ones were great and lasted for years… very disappointed

Im loving the k-supreme! To have the option to have an iced coffee OR a regular warm cup is PERFECT! Adding in the reservoir so I dont have to constantly pour in water is awesome! The temperature is perfect and picking my options for how many ounces. I’m totally in love!
